Chopper was a goated character until post time skip arrived and oda decided to relegate him to merchandise mascot, what a wasted potential
On god, chopper going berserk in sabaody has got to be one of my favourite underrated moments
I kinda feel like Franky was also infinitely cooler pre timeskip over post timeskip. Not as bad as with Chopper, but very noticeable for me since Franky was one of my favorite characters pre timeskip.

Kid and law being this low is criminal when you consider conditional boost Robin/Big Mum are in the second highest tier when all 3 see literally no PvE usage outside of kizuna/superboss, and yet Kid and Law have seen more use than both of them in the last 3/4 kizunas.
He thinks every legend should be super sugos lvl he really greedy he doesn't understand that legend doesn't have to be it about having fun

i think in my opinion your previous tier list (may and backwards) are better, since “usage frequency” tier is not really objective to what a unit is really capable of 🙏🏻
For my opinion
For 10th anniversary units I think Roger is straight up to be the best of them because of super tandem and increased defense/atk down reduction with leader skill to provide more exp and beli also his special can provide ATK boost orb boost and color affinity by himself
Ace be second best due to his kit that reduce many CD and resist special reverse with special removing paralysis and nullify damage
for the third I will give to Shanks because he just being use in many contents with utility he provides is good.
For luffy I haven’t use him much compare to other three well may be in the future this guy will be use a lot more in general content(for pvp he is the best of this anni)
and for nami she has good synergy with yamato dual and carrot/wanda due to class and color combinatiom carrot/wanda can provide orb and atk boost with CD reduction 3 turns and yamato dual because she can provide color affinity and increased damage taken with final tap that canrovide big damage but yeah if you want to build team it’s seems pretty difficult.
and for wano law I think he will see more play I think his kit is very good.

If you mean the stnd dex luffy, then no you don't miss anything, coz the skull hasn't been released.

Roger should be higher on this list you basically guarantee yourself the 3 basic damage boosts for two turns. And he’s a rainbow captain. With lots of utility. He definitely deserves to be higher than Alber. I haven’t seen anyone really make a team out of him for anything when we have other units in that same tier
Oh nah lol King is still incredible and more useful than Roger, problem is psy content is made for new Luffy
@@jadonteino3438 I’ve only gotten Alber recently and I can tell you other than the day he was released the event he was made for, I never felt agony over not having this unit. He’s simply not necessary. What he can do can be replicated by other units as well. But who can give you 3 different damage buffs and extend it and not have to worry about it getting erased?

@@jadonteino3438not even close. And Roger boosts everyone one. And all in one turn. And his buffs can be erased after his cpt skill gets triggered.
@@Meestordandan king has his unique effect of being immune to everything as captain and has seen so much play in kizuna, just that the last psy one the int driven team was nerfed so u use Luffy
Edit: also Rogers EX requirment is super annoying as a captain
