Here's why a small college in New England decided to dramatically lower its tuition price

Colby-Sawyer College in New Hampshire is dropping tuition from $46,000 to $17,500. Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing Valerie Leclair explained to WBZ-TV's Paula Ebben how the school was able to do it.

Tiny mediocre School, smart move. It’s that or go out of business. They don’t have the endowment to give 70% scholarships to 90% of kids. Parents are increasingly choosing State Schools for their affordability and these smalls need to compete.
