Harvard is the oldest university in US and the best university in the world. Harvard is an Ivy League located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. It's actually within bike-able distance to MIT! The campus of the university is elegant and full of history.
CAMPUS CRAWL is a new series where I take you to tour the top universities around the world. So you can get inspired to apply to Ivy Leagues (or your dream school) and eliminate the fear of going to college. Or just get a wider perspective on elite student life.
To get into Harvard University is insanely difficult, but at least you can now appreciate their campus. It was my childhood to go to Harvard, after touring the whole Harvard campus, I can finally say I went to Harvard!

I'm about to start my PhD at Harvard in a few months! My grades in high school were okay, so I went to a state school and worked hard. Just know that even if you don't study at an Ivy for undergrad, you can still get there later.

Hi! Thanks for this AMAZING tour, I still have years of school until I go to College but this is my dream. My favourite part is the library it's incredible, a lot of books and a very chill atmosphere, plus, the campus is also quite impressive, I love the georgian arquitecture.

I visited that iconic picture place and touched that shoe of John Havard's when I went to NYC few years ago. It was a nice experience :)
My childhood dream was being a college student at MIT. We moved to the US right before I became a senior at high school. Now I'm an undergraduate student at Iowa State University. I'm still chasing my dreams though, I really hope I'm gonna be a graduate student at MIT if not an undergraduate.

My childhood dream since I was 10 was to study in Harvard but I always let myself to get down because of others. I spend my whole school trying to to fix what I was bad in instead of develop my knowledge in what I really liked and was good. Because of this, Eating Disorder and my moms schizophrenia I was never able to have really good grades despite always try to engage in history national olympiad and try to go for projects. Despite my mom, the other half of my family didn't supported me at all, they always said it was and is impossible, but I'm tired...
I may not have an excellent and brilliant school history, but I'm telling everyone to fuck up and going for what I want because if I don't get it, I'm the only one who's gonna be frustrated for not even try at the end.
I may not be a genius, but have the will end strength to go. They may not accept me at the first or second attempt, but even if I need to try a hundred times or more, they will be sick of me haha and I'm gonna make it.

your story about your childhood dream reminded me about my dream. I wanted to go to KIMEP university from the 4th grade. When the time of choosing a university has come, my family and relatives told me and tried to make me forget about KIMEP (because it costs a lot of money, it is the most expensive university in our country). But since it was my dream, I couldn’t just forget and ignore it. Eventually, I won a scholarship and now I study here, and even made new friends! So happy and glad now :) never give up on your dreams ☺️

Schooling in Harvard is got to be very demanding, student often face a lot of problems trying to balance their college life of study and other activities they might engage in, I can tell very much from my time as a student. Faced with a lot of challenges and stress as a result, most student lack in lots of ways and more financial as the cost of education keeps rising. Glad over the past few years, I have helped a lot of undergraduate by exposing them to good financial routes to help maintain their financial situation while in school.
That’s nice of you, I remembered my days back in university of Columbus I was faced with lots of students loan. Which set me back a lot on debt even after been a graduate.
It’s a very sad feeling, and it messed up my grades back then.
Still trying to clear my debts.
I find myself in this very same situation, I have resulted to seeking part time employment. But it’s not easy and I try, how do you assist undergraduates maybe and advice would be very helpful.
It took me sixteen months before I was able to clear my student loan debts, I had to work extra hours. Glad it worth it, I just landed a new job with Microsoft.

I always envy those people who got into Harvard most especially to my fellow Filipino/s who got recommended here! And ofc, I admire their determination and intellect as well! Going to a super elite University like Harvard will always remain a 'dream' to me😂 I'm fairly certain my GPA can never enter Harvard's standards! Still hoping to be able to study abroad tho. My aunt was willing enough to help me comply all the needed requirements for visa and housing in Canada so I really hope I will win any international scholarship/s in the future💛😭

As a recent Harvard grad I can say Harvard academically is really very easy if you want it to be. Getting in is hard but getting through it is not. And good grades are given out liberally.
