Late to the show but how the heck did you get the cv axle in w/o taking any suspension off? I saw that it was busted so it was easy to take out but to put in?! Plus you did the passenger side so the hard lines are there. Wow.

Just screw in two wheel bolts and block the axel wit a screwdriver in the brakerotor against the brake

I'm amazed you did that without jack stands

I don't have to remove the caliper? I know you didn't but I'm just curious. A shop quoted me $2800 bucks and I can't afford that. Both of mine are bad I have the same A4 as the one your working on in the video

Can do with one jack and one jack stand.

Loosen the axel bolt first before you lift the car.

Just get a triple square set, 17mm alen/27mm socket, ratchet, extensions, and a 17mm socket for the wheels. You might need I believe a 14mm socket and wrench to take off the control arms and pinch bolt if you cant wiggle out the cv axle.

I don’t understand the 180 degree step. I thought that you already tight it with the tork wranch.

That is the requirement straight from Audi.

yeah you have to do it first with the torque wrench and then again 180 degrees
