The Tiger gown on Miss Thailand represents her strength and fierceness as she had to overcome many obstacles growing up poor and working her way to the top. She mentions Thai-ger a lot on her Instagram too.

If I'm not mistaken, Miss Thailand's surname is roughly translated to majestic tiger, so basically her name is Anna The Majestic Tiger. I guess that's where the Tiger print gown.
Imagine if Catriona’s lava gown did not make the finals. Miss Universe is so competitive and we need a top 25 in future. I just learned to not save when you are not sure om😭❤️

There is already Preliminary Competitions, why need to reserve 25 Gowns for Finals?
It's like asking Two Preliminary Rounds for Gown Competition.
I cannot bare to watch another 25 Girls parading in Evening Gowns for the Finals.

Of all these unseen gowns, my favorite was Honduras'--she looked like a million bucks! I liked Nigeria's, Vietnam's, and France's too.
The camera loved some gowns and others that were probably stunning in person but did not project well on the screen.I just love your vision of style.
I loved that pearlsl dress for prelims and I love the look of this too,I would love to see her interview.

No shade, but some these gowns looked better than what we got from the top 16 ngl. But I do love Amanda's and R'bonney's gown, the rest... Not really feeling them

Have you seen Dom Republic's finale rehearsal gown? SEXY! We all thought she was going to wear that one and she surprised us with a new one that was stunning but more reserved. On another note, imma need the Miss Mexico's to try another color. I'm over the red. Perhaps they consider it good luck since both Ximena and Andrea won in red and 2019's contestant made top 3 in red too.

Hey @Daniwalker you also see Miss Universe Harnaaz Finals Gown, she Had two options black one and One with Orange as it's Harnaaz favourite colour both the Gowns was designed by the same Designer. She has designed the Harnaaz final winning gown. It's really beautiful orange Gown you should see it.
Here you go Dani. This is Germany's Red Gown at the dress rehearsals. You can see it too at the Miss Universe Official video for evening gown. She was the girl in Red at the front during the second part of gown parade of those who didnt make the cut.

Many more countries had a gown change. I wish you had covered them all. Cambodia, Albania, Kosovo, Guatemala, Chile etc. Great to see, Slovak Republic, Thailand, Argentina, Italy, Vietnam making the list. Otherwise we wouldn't have known.

It's great that nowadays all candidates can wear many types of gowns, take a look at Miss USA 1986, she wore the same gown for Miss Texas, Miss USA and also Miss Universe. THE SAME PINK GOWN.

How does a Grand gown differ from a Universe gown? Isn’t a gown a gown? Please enlighten me. BTW I liked your comments. I’d love to hear what your thoughts why Miss Thailand and Miss Philippines did not make it. (I thought Celeste was a bit reserved in the swimsuit and overall did not come across as a confidently as the others. I hope your readers don’t bash me.)
Grand gowns are much sexier. They're primarily sheer and very revealing. Universe gowns leave more to the imagination. I talked about Celeste in my unplaced gowns episode. But Thailand still really confuses me. Her performances were incredible. Interview must not have gone well.

Some contestants were holding back.and it's sad. Preliminary competition is to get a spot in the top 16 and I feel if you want a spot u have to put your best foot forward. Why hold back?

Vietnam’s “way of water” gown is out of this world, but she didn’t get to wear it.
I am sorry, but I don't like any of these gowns, why can't we just have beautifully fitted plan gowns, with just a little embellishment, such as Pia won in at MU 2015.

Miss International is doing that because they have no Preliminary Show as well as Miss Supranational which have no Preliminary Show with Live audience.
In Miss Universe case, there is already Preliminary Show that each contestants had given equal opportunity to show what they got and what they can offer.
