As another young guitar player, it makes me endlessly happy to see Grace get all this recognition. Saw you and her both at Daniel Donatos Christmas Jam!!! I hope I can meet her in the future!
Hooray . . we have another queen of pentatonic noodling up and down . . . .
Saw the hair and the Gibson and thought okay, this girl MUST be rockin. Dude, she's 17, playing a '61 Gibson SG. I cannot tell you how happy that makes me! She has a classic rock energy and I dig that. Gotta check out her stuff now!
not a girl lmao
It's insane (ly awesome to me) that a young lady's first riff was a song from 1963, and that she was so excited about a 1961 Gibson. Grace is the perfect name for her lol. She was born way after the 20th century ended!
Great interview with Grace Bowers!! Love her playing style.
That person who gave Grace that sg saw the vision she has
it be like that sometimes.. she livin my dream.. rockin out gigging, jamming with legends and guitar gods.. im jealous.. but also happy that kids are rocking out..
I found that story rather creepy
@@topnug7626 yeah its a YOU problem.
that would be herself
@@Cushingura she understands the instrument.... she understands the music
The tip on how to hold a pick is gold!!! Thanks Grace! This old dude had no clue!!! And thank you for the interview Marty! She has that "it" factor. Good to see the young carrying the torch!
Saw her play on the Country Music Awards show! She was great!
In a world full of good guitar players there is something very special about Grace Bowers playing. It's hard to quantify. Her personality is so laid back, it seems to come through in her playing. There is something there that reminds me of the great players like Clapton, Santana, Page.
Awesome interview Marty! She's a star already! Really like the interview stage/setup!
Marty Schwartz is the best bro got me from beginner to pro man I swear I started off his videos and now I look how he got me to earn all this
Thank you Grace and Marty for sharing the conversation and jam.
She is something else. What a drop dead beautiful talented young woman she is.
WOW!!!!!!
we will be hearing and reading about this young lady for years to come!!
She cool and guitar is 🔥I will keep playing so I can be on a stage too like that
She's such a great kid, happy for her. She deserves all the praise she's been getting. Super cool to see.
Great interview and awesome jams! Grace is super talented
I been following her for over a year and never herd her say one word 😅😅😅😅😅
Marty, I believe you have Grace's old youtube link in your description and not her current account. Great show as always Marty!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Wow! Nice job on Melissa
That jam session just wow
Marty , you're such a cool dude man ! Thanks for all the lessons ,tips, tricks and awsome content over the years 🤟
Good for her, good luck in the future. Stay on the good path. 😊
She’s fantastic👏👏
what an adorable kid, I look forward to seeing her future! Rock is still around!
She's AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Her playing is very mature and tasteful for her age. Love her!
She's a keeper Marty. Her and Kingfish. Man is he big. Now if someone could convince her to say the words to a song into a microphone. Also like the way she follows the music the way she hears it.
She is awesome! You are very cool too Marty!
I absolutely Love Grace.
Wow that 5:48 jam was amazing!
Big up Grace Bowers
I just started playing guitar a couple weeks ago, ive been singing since a was a little kid, and even tho ive always been in love with guitars i never picked one in my life till now, i regret it so much😢, im so sad and scared that im gonna be a good guitarist probably when im too old im 26 right now.....anyways congrats to grace, and yall should check out chris kingfish he is also an amziiiiiing guitarist he reminds me of bb king because of the way he plays blues
You're still very young. And you can always make up for lost time by putting in the work. Trust me. I'm a lot older than you and just started really taking the instrument seriously 5 months ago and I don't care! I'm going for it. I'm a singer too by the way. Good luck ❤🎸😊
@@keepingitreal5533 thanks a lot !!! This comment made my day not gonna lie, I need it this encouragement 🤟🏻🎸💪🏻
@@danoxusmercenary You're most welcome! 💞🙏🏾
We need to see Grace and her band tour up in Saskatoon Saskatchewan Winnipeg Manitoba. Edmonton Alberta. We have had Tina Turner . Cher , and many many more, people would go crazy ❤❤❤❤❤
I have been a fan of Nancy Wilson since Dreamboat Annie was released in 1975. Every time I see Grace I can't help but feel like I'm looking at a young Nancy - except I believe she's going to be an even better guitar player.
That should tell you just how good I think Grace Bowers is.
Super ❤
I can’t wait to see you at Bottle Rock Grace.
Awesome …… new fan
She's awesome 😎.... can't believe how much she looks and talks like Tyler Bryant (and the ShakeDown) love them bolth. 🎸
That solo at the end 🔥
Cmon, look at her! ... Who wouldn't want her on stage?
Wow
seriously talented lady - destined for big things is Grace...
She's a whole different player since she started playing live with other musicians frequently.
I love the hair and she is original as can be
the best of all the up and coming girl guitarists
I think she’s got most beat already lol
That's such a low bar.....she is very basic, her solos reveals she doesn't know scales or mastery of the fretboard, but just old rock riffs shes trying to stitch together.....thats the sign of an amateur
Nice
Would love to hear her play with Derek Trucks.
I love your how to play videos could you maybe do telegenic exes #2 (Astoria) by Mike Doughty
Ella es súper genial en la guitarra una de las mejores 😎🤘🎸🔥🌟✨
She is amazing plus she plays p90s ❤
Hey Marty I finally got up enough $$$ to buy your signature guitar. I have learned a lot from you. I bought your pedals, picks and I'll soon have your es 335. If you're ever in Buffalo, NY you owe me a lesson or jam session! 😊😂
hey thanks so much Brian!
Can you do a tutorial on for no one by James Barclay harvest please??
❤😊🎉
Finally a female guitar player who really can play! and only 17 amazing - gonna follow her for sure
Can you pleaseeeeee do a new tutorial on Flake by Jack Johnson
Please do sweet child of mine
Hi
I like grace and I like that SG, I have an epiphone version of that in pelham blue. Grace reminds me of Samantha Fish but she don't sing. However! Anytime I see young people playing loud ass guitar I celebrate.
Terrific player. Nancy Wilson V2. Looks just like her.
She could be an Allman Sister.
Underrated comment right here
Underrated comment right here!
I would love to see her and Jimmy Page together.
Marty on rhythm guitar, Bowers on lead
Can you do a video on burn by David kushner
The riff that she is playing is not wipe out. It’s from pipeline.
She looks like a young Nancy Wilson!
What kinda tremolo does she have on her SG?
Wow! Fantastic dedication to the instrument and music!
I hate when older people crap on the young. I’ve seen so many young hard working people incredibly talented that it’s inspiring!
Grace is incredible and she plays the best guitar on the planet. I have been playing blues guitar for almost 55 years, the first 20 years on a Fender, then I tried a Gibson and the music just came together as nothing ever had before. I love Fender and believe they have their place, but when it comes to blues, Gibson is KING. Fender gives a clear, pure sound, but Gibson gives raw power and the true essence of the blues. Earthy and guttural, just as it should be.
I feel like she has some serious jam band potential…
可愛い😘❤️
... brava ... accompagnamento ... insomma ...
I got to get a hairdo like that
Got a little Jerry Garcia vibe. Very cool
I’m thinking that perhaps she’s influenced by Derek Trucks
I've made similar comments. The minute she starts playing, the crowd and her surroundings seem to disappear. Very zen like, like Derek.
Dude I BEG U PLZ TEACH US MEXICAN SEAFOOD IM DYING TO KNOW HOW TO PLAY IT
JOE BONAMASSA IS A DOUCHE BLUES
ruclips.net/video/yfjt9VakUrY/видео.html
Are they sure she's not related to Derek Trucks ?
Tal Wilkenfeld and Grace? ? ?___Not sure if they would fit into a small space together.? ? ? It seems inevitable they will meet up at some point.
One of the best 17 yo guitarist I’ve ever seen tbh
Robert plant called, he wants his hair back
It’s not wipeout, it’s Pipeline
That's "Pipeline" not "Wipeout". Cool video though
If she is this good at 17, imagine 37.
That guitar is nearly four times older than Grace...
Holy shit, 3 minute question build-up- 3 minute question- let her speak for 7 seconds; Next 6 minute "question." Sheesh
I swear those guitars are so ugly and bulky and huge. idk how anyone could play those
Derek Trucks vibes for sure…guitar- finger picking…
