I recently received a different book with that watermark and could not figure out the maker. Now I am randomly watching this and learn it’s Zerkall!

Great question. There is a trade edition with the same translation from 1972 published by Schocken Books. It even has Cornell's portrait of Babeuf on the cover. I see a copy on eBay UK for £10, for example
