Watch me plant basil in my raised garden bed. This is one of 18 raised garden beds in my backyard garden. The basil I'm growing will not only be used personally, but I plan providing some to a local pizzeria.

I love basil and just like you, when I have an abundance I share with local businesses & of course friends. What fertilizer did you use?

That is awesome to hear! The great thing about Basil is that it’s so easy to clone too. For fertilizer I’m using bone meal to promote healthy roots. I also have fresh compost and chickens that helps my garden soil.
