The animation quality is top notch here. The fact that Marisa and Reimu’s hair and clothes were animated while they were moving around freely during flight is really impressive. Getting something like that to look natural and also smooth takes some serious work

I remember seeing the Cirno sneak peak when it came out and looking forward to this. Stoked to se it turn out so well! I especially love how the Rumia fight scene looked. Also the classic Koishi joke where she just stands in the background without anyone noticing is always funny.

the tiny changes to things like Marisa'a hat becoming a sombrero and background koishi stalking marisa are just great things that are completely unnecessary but add so much

This was just amazing and was so worth the wait, I’m just gonna go through a few of my favorite parts.
Love how Reimu’s voice and face pretty show she doesn’t care about any of this and also her sitting down is nice to see.
The “Red Mist” being the Suicide Squidward creepypasta was an unexpected surprise (laughed probably when I shouldn’t have).
Speaking of voices, everyone voice matches to their characters, especially Marisa’s and Cirno’s (which I pronounce as “Ker-no”).
I also like how Koishi’s just vibin in the background and Suwako’s suffering from frostbite.
Lastly I enjoyed that Daiyousai got some screen time and that Rumia went through and existential crisis.

The main thing i love about this animation is the writing
It captures perfectly how unhinged everyone in Gensoko is without being too mean or dramatic
Usually fan works make residents either much cuter and cookie cutter or too dramatic, but not this one

Late, but I just wanted to say that this is by far my favorite Touhou animation that I have ever seen. Just everything, from the humor, the voice acting, the ZUN-like artstyle, the action, it's just a really fun way to explore Touhou 6's plot. I know this took about 2 years to make, but I am really looking forward to episode 2.
