- Took a break from the building off grid series to go to immigration and extend my visa in Legazpi City. Decided to go to LTO the following day and convert my Australian drivers license to a Philippines license also. Stayed the night at the Tyche Boutique Hotel in Rizal street Legazpi and visited the SM mall. Wanted to see the Mayon volcano erupting but unfortunately it was settled again after erupting just 3 days before our visit. Hope you enjoy the content and thanks for watching. Dont forget to subscribe, like and comment.
Peace out!

Hello guys Norwegian Filipina here. subscriber from Legaspi City..
Hello Joan, we are happy to have you join our little family here and appreciate your support very much. Love your city of Legaspi also. We visit there every 6 months from Masbate.
100% solid content for capable men who have no fear. You are the man kuya! You have lots of room to grow this channel.
Thanks mate, we are growing constantly everyday and it's my hope that in a few years we will be a formidable professional RUclips channel. ✌️
@@AustralianinthePhilippines take up beekeeping brother your heart will sing. Predictable bugs and the benefit for everyone. It's not really that much effort involved. Cost benefit ratio where you are located is off the realism charts.
Another great vlog guys. Congratulations on the pregnancy , wish you all the best 🫶
Cheers Andrew and thanks for watching mate. ✌️
watching here my newfren❤
Salamat Beth
Watching sending support ❤❤❤
Salamat po ✌️
Great video thank you from Brisbane. Moving back soon.
Thanks for the support Colin and are you moving back here to Phil's? Or moving back to Brisbane?
From 1 Aussie to another great channel, enjoyed watching this one and will tune in for more. Coming over to Compostella Cebu in 2 weeks to spend 3 weeks with my Pinay. During that time we will be going over to Bantanyan Island for a week also. Also looking at the area to see if I could settle down in a couple of years there. cheers
Thanks for the support mate and have a safe trip. Love the Philippines, I'm sure you will find a place to settle here. Cebu is very busy and full of expats if that's what you want. But plenty of other nice less populated places here also. ✌️
I am going to let these play whenever I can because I can only hope more men hear your message kuya. I cant justify spending money to my wife very well you understand. I know you're reaching more and more men that need your message. My plans have been there for years. Obligations are fulfilled now. You've inspired me, this week is going to be crazy busy partly because you are out there making it happen.
Thanks so much Kuya, we are getting close to enough watch hours to be fully monetised by RUclips. I think we are maybe 200 hours away from our required 4000 so really appreciate your support in watching all our video series. ✌️
@@AustralianinthePhilippines and for the all gur I thims
@@AustralianinthePhilippines Brian look into bio gas stuff where you harvest the methane from your pig poo and whatever poo and cook w it or lots of diff stuff. Got a beekeeper pal in Africa went around showing villagers how to set it up. Off the beaten path kuya
Thanks for the videos guys! Watching from Qld and researching my permanent move to the Philippines. Cheers 👍
Thanks for your support, we really do appreciate everyone watching our vids and helping us grow our little channel. How long before you plan to move here? ✌️
@@AustralianinthePhilippines I'm going on my second trip in early April to stay with my fiance in Dasmarinas in the province of Cavite which is just south of Manila. Then in August I'm planning to take the plunge and settle permanently.
Cheers!👍
@@hunterscollectors673 yeah Cavite is good for services and shopping. We were looking at moving there last year but decided to stay in Masbate near family due to the wife being pregnant again. We were in Alabang Muntinlupa for a while in 2022

Carefull smoking that banger as the walloppers may pounce at any time.
🤣🤣 yeah I know mate, but I act like a tourist and they usually just tell me to put it out haha ✌️
Legazpi is 12 hours or so by bus from Lipa where the hub is. Probably 6 or 7 if it weren't a bus lol.
From our land it's a 2 day journey coz we need to go to Masbate city one day which is just over 2 hours, then stay the night in city and get the 4am fast craft ferry which is 2 hours to Pilar then an hour in a taxi to legaspi
Another kid on the way! A good keen man.
Nah I just get bored haha 😂 gonna have to vlog more I think ✌️
Hello mate that was a nice yourney. Are you not buzy to get a 13 A visa (permenent visa) regards Jack from the Netherlands
Nah I need to wait 6 years to get my Australian pension before I take permanent residence here Jack. So I'm hoping to make some money from RUclips to survive until then. Thanks for watching and we really appreciate your support ✌️
Is it not possible to get a permanent visa before you get your pension?
@@jackpiket7643 I believe it will affect my ability to qualify as an Australian because I will no longer be a resident of my country even though I will still be a citizen. I need to be living back in Australia for 2 years before my pension will even become portable so I can recieve it while living in the Philippines.
Moving back this month to Bacolod City from Brisbane.
Nice, hope it all goes smoothly mate. Stay safe and ingat ✌
@AustralianinthePhilippines Thank you had to wait 2 yrs to return to Australia to qualify for my aged pension.
@@colinnorthey3143 so you need to be living back in Aus for 2 years to be eligible? Oh I just researched it and you need to stay in Aus 2 years before it's portable, I get it now. So I will need to be living back in Aus for 2 years after I turn 67 to receive it then make it portable.
@@AustralianinthePhilippines Live in Australia 2 yrs no gap and at 67 yrs can be portable
@@colinnorthey3143 yes but im not eligible until 67 years as they changed that in 2023 from age 65 to age 67. Bloody government and they are moving it constantly trying to not pay pensions until Aussies are 75 years of age. It's a disgrace. ✌
Been overa couple of times, biut I will settle in a province area, I dont like city. Cheers
Same here brother, I'm looking for peace and quiet which is why we are building in the middle of nowhere haha 😂✌️
I'm good with ending up 5 or 6 km outside of a class two. I did that off grid stuff when I was a kid@@AustralianinthePhilippines
you can take your wife out of the country and show your marriage certificate and get one year visa free. I just got mine
Yeah it's called Balikbayan privelage. That's the plan when my 36 months is up. Start my 36 months again with a free year 👍✌️
I was seriously thinking. How is Shero coping without KFC or Hungry Jack's. One minute later. Oh look KFC. I knew there was no way you were leaving there without any.
Hahaha 🤣 yep, that was the plan as soon as I saw KFC sign 😂 You know me too well Les lmao ✌️
Jollibee will deliver to the brgy. I don't know how my in laws will like my guineas but my chickens will not be loose. I'm from south carolina and I was born in 1971. Do you think I might have an extra use for chickens? SC gamecocks lmao. Just saying chickens are chickens enjoy the company it brings.
Are there many foreigners there. Trying to move out of Luzon
No mate not here in Masbate, I can count on 1 hand the number of times I have seen an expat in 18 months.
God you can talk , the girl said 1 sentence lol
Haha that's why they pay me the big bucks 🤣. And Tes gets a little nervous on camera to be honest but she's starting to adapt 😁 Thanks for watching and stay with us for more videos every Saturday morning. ✌️
@@AustralianinthePhilippines cheers for the reply from Byron Bay
@@jasonhedley9435 beautiful Byron, been there a few times in my life but way back when it was less populated haha ✌️
Can you extend a tourist visa to 6 months
Yes you can extend every 6 months for 36 months total
G'day Brian congrats to you both on the news of your new baby. I have commented before on your videos i'm from Australia but currently in Negros Oriental with my Filipina girlfriend and plan to stay 6 months months here. My situation is like yours when l make the move l will be living off my savings until l reach pension age in 5 year's time . Would like to catch up some how and speak to you more about it. Really enjoy your videos mate no BS and really honest information. 🍻
@@AustralianinthePhilippines I heard that the 6 months has stopped
@@paolo5008 G'day to you too mate and thanks for your support. We do have a link to our Facebook page on each video in the description so we can connect there or if you're ever in Masbate city let me know. Would enjoy a conversation in Australian for once haha 😂 ✌️
@@okbilly1 well we were just in Legazpi last week to get my extension so apparently it's still available. Also if you enter the Philippines with a Filipina wife you can get ya passport stamped with Balikbayan privilege which gives you a free 12 month stay.
