Thank you for this information. Modern spare is expensive for a kit specially for the nx350h.

Car comes with run flat tires thats why , the manufacturer figures you don’t need a spare tire. Same goes for BMW and other luxury brands what they don’t tell you is that run flat tires are only good for up too about 50 miles if you need to drive the car with a flat tire and at speeds of no more than 60 mph. The whole run flat tire thing is a car manufacturer scheme run flat tire cost more to replace also.

I don’t like the chrome, shinny rims (grandpaish ) Will NOT buy a vehicle with run flat, noisy, bumpy, expensive, hard to find replacement, tires. Will never buy a vehicle with dumb run flat tires. No spare… No jack.

The tires can be swapped out for conventional tires. You can buy a spare from modern spare. Chrome can be covered up also.
