I have been blessed with many opportunities to sit on the floor in Epcot’s American Adventure and listen to most of these singers sing beautiful Americana songs. The dome in the center of the lobby is the most perfect place to listen to these gorgeous voices. Austin Brown from Home Free was able to sing with them for about a year. They are a fantastic group. Glad you are reacting to them. To me A cappella is the most beautiful way to hear music.

You left one thing out. Jamie Ray, who is a singer in this group, is also the genius that does all of their arrangements. It takes a world class arranger to write arrangements that allow a world class vocal ensemble to perform at their highest level. This is as good as it gets...probably even better than it gets.
So glad to see you go down the Voctave Rabbit hole. Everything they do is perfect. I recommend; Disney Love Medley, Great Movie Medley, O Holy Night, O Come All Ye Faithful, Mary Did You Know, Where are you Christmas, Somewhere (if you want to hear all 11 sing a solo).
They don't have anywhere near the catalog of PTX or Home Free, so you have to space these out some. They all have other jobs. The Great Movie Medley is a treat if you try to guess before the clip appears. Even if you're not a Jeykll and Hyde fan, you can't help but be impressed by Someone Like You". And "Mary Did You Know" featuring Mark Lowry, the original lyricist, cannot be missed.
As someone else mentioned, have tissues handy. Everything they is good, including Zippity do da, but sometimes too short or not of broad enough public appeal to do a reaction. Feel free to listen to songs like that in your own.

From non-Disney movies their "Great Movie Medley" is breathtaking (like an orchestra with voices) and "Over the Rainbow" (Wizard of Oz) is wonderful.. Wow. I never heard of them until coming across your reaction video. The whole time I was thinking, yeah, this is real nice and mellow (I'm a metal head) - until that last lady started singing. Her voice reminded me of one of my favorite singers, Cammie Gilbert from Oceans of Slumber. That rich, honey smooth, reverberating voice just did me in, and I lost it. lol The one you're describing is Chrystal Johnson. Fabulous low alto. Toured with The Gaither vocal band years ago. Look up Voctave, you won't be disappointed. Can't think of too many songs she's featured in off the top of my head atm, but she was lead vocalist in "Grown up Christmas List", and some of their new music vids like "Hark the Angels" and "La la lu" (one song which was part of their lullaby track). But overall, their harmonies can clash with the best. Some songs I think you'll still be interested in
Voctave are awesome, especially their Christmas carols and hymns! The third guy from the left is EJ Cardona, who has done a couple of videos with Voiceplay, including I Can't Make You Love Me - you'll need tissues for that! His brother is Omar Cardona - who has also done several with the VP guys! For another fun group, check out The American Sirens - the blonde lady happens to be EJ's wife! They might be singing about princesses, but you are our flannel queen. Ariel was voiced by Lea Songa, who also voiced Mulan. The Disney Love Medley will have you holding your breath and crying at the same time. ❤
Actually Jodi Benson was the singing voice of Ariel in the movie. Lea Salonga was the singing voice of Mulan and Jasmine. Jane from Tarzan was voiced by Minnie Driver but I don’t think she had a sang in the film. If you really want to hear Lea Solonga’s true vocal abilities, look up her in the 10th anniversary of Les Mis singing On My Own. It will make your jaw hit the floor. She also did I Dreamed a Dream for the 25th anniversary which is just as jaw dropping.
Yes, most were part of the Disney Voices of Liberty. They also would sing at Epcot every year Thanksgiving to New Year at the famous Candlelight Processional that featured a bunch of high school choirs and many of these now Voctave members in the center stage Disney choir. My daughter sang with her HS from Oviedo Florida for 2 years with her choir.

They're larger with 11 members, each one a phenomenal singer/solois, and they are able to create larger fuller sound. You want some suggestions on other Voctave tunes to review, well here are a few (in no particular order)... The Great Movie Medley, Somewhere (which features each member), Poor Unfortunate Souls/I Got a Spell on You, Impossilbe Dream (a solo), You Will be Found (featuring a virtual choir), Disney Showstoppers, Goodnight My Someone (a solo), This is My Wish/Let There Be Peace on Earth, and A Million Dreams (featuring the Dallas Vocal Majoriy barbershop chapter). Since we've already passed the Christmas season, I wasn't even goint to bring up their wealth of Chrismas/Holiday productions, but if you're tempted, start with Mary, Did You Know (featuring Mark Lowry, the guy who wrote the lyrics), O Come All Ye Faithful, Joy to the World, or O Come O Come Emmanuel/The First Noel/I Wonder as I Wander. disney songs bring up some strange emotions, and this rendition adds the wow factor giving even further goosebumps and feelings. the past is a foreign country, this performance is a passport; but nostalgia makes it feel like home.
I love Voctave, nothing more needs to be said. If you want a suggestion, although it's a seasonal song, i'd suggest Mary, Did You Know - Voctave feat. Mark Lowry (Mark is the writer of the song). Really happy you found them, hope to see more of Voctave's work on your channel.

Voctave is an 11 part choir and each of them has performed at Disney. The ladies were all part of a group called Voices of Liberty and the gentlemen were part of either Voices of Liberty or Dapper Dans. Jamey Ray, the second gentlemen in the group on the left, does the arrangements for the group. For this song the performance order is: Someday My Prince Will Come (Snow White) - Kate Once Upon A Dream (Aurora) - Tiffany Part of Your World (Ariel) - Sarah Reflection (Mulan) - Ashley Colors of the Wind (Pocahontas) - Chrystal
Kate Lott can sing so high there's a rumor that she can be heard by passengers on airplanes flying above the clouds when she hits those high notes. This song is one on my favorites of theirs. From here, I suggest their "Moon River," "Prince of Egypt" cover, and "The Great Movie Medley," which is a medley of movie themes all composed by the great John Williams. As for the Disney connection, many in this group have sung in "The Voices of Liberty" at Disney World.

Thanks Red, cool performance I have not heard… you may want to eventually hear the Metal Queen (Floor Jensen) do Disney, Try “Let it go.” -Frozen, and “Into the Unknown.” - Frozen 2, Studio recordings in her home studio during COVID lock down. She put her own mind-blowing stamp on these songs. She has stated she was not “into” Disney but her little girl (5 or 6?) at the time was a big fan of Frozen so she recorded these songs. I think Floor’s husband did the filming there in Sweden where the family lives (on a remote farm.)
You should totally react to Voctave's Disney 90s tv medley. Some of my other fav a cappella groups are The Real Group and The Swingles. You should check them out too!
As smooth as chocolate milk. Lana Del Rey does one of the best covers of Once Upon a Dream. (IMO). She has that sultry smokyness that adds an element of sexy to it. PS. I’m sure they were happy tears but here’s a big hug 🤗 just in case.

Voctave is an 11 part choir and each of them has performed at Disney. The ladies were all part of a group called Voices of Liberty and the gentlemen were part of either Voices of Liberty or Dapper Dans. Jamey Ray, the second gentlemen in the group on the left, does the arrangements for the group. For this song the performance order is:

Kate Lott can sing so high there's a rumor that she can be heard by passengers on airplanes flying above the clouds when she hits those high notes. This song is one on my favorites of theirs. From here, I suggest their "Moon River," "Prince of Egypt" cover, and "The Great Movie Medley," which is a medley of movie themes all composed by the great John Williams. As for the Disney connection, many in this group have sung in "The Voices of Liberty" at Disney World.

Thanks Red, cool performance I have not heard… you may want to eventually hear the Metal Queen (Floor Jensen) do Disney, Try “Let it go.” -Frozen, and “Into the Unknown.” - Frozen 2, Studio recordings in her home studio during COVID lock down. She put her own mind-blowing stamp on these songs. She has stated she was not “into” Disney but her little girl (5 or 6?) at the time was a big fan of Frozen so she recorded these songs. I think Floor’s husband did the filming there in Sweden where the family lives (on a remote farm.)

As smooth as chocolate milk. Lana Del Rey does one of the best covers of Once Upon a Dream. (IMO). She has that sultry smokyness that adds an element of sexy to it.

Really wish you could check out Jamey Johnson “ Lead Me Home” try to get the version of him doing it live a bit later on in life , note pretty hairy fellow but amazing and a very truthful and heartfelt song that you should here if you haven’t already
