David, this thing is just amazing!! Great video. (And it's your fault that I have several of these DT series boxes. LOL!!) Peace and wellness to you/yours.
Huey David! Would be super cool if you made a video on how you use this beast on vocals ❤ Bought it after watching your video and not sure how best to incorporate into my workflow yet. Possible? Many thanks David 🙏
Awesome! But also I was so impressed by the sound of the 250, it seems to be the kind of go too reverb that somehow always sounds amazing on anything, a budget bricasti, 200bucks, great times 🤓
I like hardware controllers but not being able to edit the plugin without the controller isnt the best. Does the controller switch seamlessly between several plugin instances ?
Man this was a GREAT video bro.. Great examples.. Good sound, love this lil monster right here.. and looks awesome too.. more lights please!!!! lol Cheers
Wow! Didn't know tc electronic made such stuff! Very very interesting concept. I am thinking of ordering the tc1210 now...Thanks for the videos David! Very useful info in all of them!
@@mixbustv I mean price is super good is the same price as a Plugin or less , just wondering cause I wanted to try it right now lol but im buying it thanks for sharing my brother :) and thanks for the Reply
This one is super precise, as soon as you dial a tiny change you can feel a tiny movement on "where" the vocalist is. Amazing reverb, thanks for the pro advice ;-)
I tried to recreate this effect with the vast amount of IR’s and plates and stereo effects I have on hand, but I could not make it sound quite as special as this. Apparently I’m not finished spending money on mixing plugins yet..
David I think you deserve 100000000 subs :D seriously people this is where it's at as far as good usable info on audio production is concerned. Another great one, TC makes great stuff. Cheers from Slovenia.
Hey Dave, also you mentioned a bunch of reverb mixing concepts by the beggining. Reverb is so missunderstood and confusing, do you have a video that swims through the verbal complexity and gives some examples? I'd appreciate you share the knowledge
Hi David, thanks for the video and nice sounds! One more thing: the singer at 7:00 is *really* confining his vocal cords while putting stress on them to get the sound - this can cause permanent damage to his voice in the long run.
The TC1210 was released in 1997. Are you sure Clapton used one of those & not the Eventide H910 Harmonizer (released in 1974 AES)? It was pretty ubiquitous in studios back then & did a similar widening. Especially when stacked.
I have their Flashback delay and Hall of Fame reverb pedals and I really like them. Your videos of these units make me wish they were available in pedal form too, but with an Elektron overbridge kind of plug in flexibility. I'm sure they could do it because they've been able to implement their toneprint functionality in those other pedals. Anyway this sounds great!
Ty for tge vid! Makes me also think of a wish that for example Waves should make a hardware controller to their plugins. Should be the future imo. Noone likes using mouse and keyboard for leveling, changing parameters on EQ's, compressors, etc. Brilliant idea really!
If I could have these beasts in my cage, I would gladly offer-up myself to be chewed-up and re-arranged! The TC DVR 250 and the TC 1210 are life changers!
Hello, I would like to know if I record a song using karaoke music and I want to add effects, would I be adding effects to the music AND voice? Or ONLY to the voice? If you could please answer this question, I would greatly appreciate it. Again if i record a song as a kareoke both things i can put effects to my voice only? Thats what i want to to. Appreciate...gracias.

Man you can just hear it pop out ward stereo. Awesome.
Incredible sounding. That's THE sound. And it still is todate.

That 1210 sounds nice!!!
I love this TC electronic line of products, it's good to be able to "touch the sound" again. Nice review David!
Incredible sounding, thanks for sharing
Perfect sauce for vocals!
Huey David! Would be super cool if you made a video on how you use this beast on vocals ❤ Bought it after watching your video and not sure how best to incorporate into my workflow yet.
Possible?
Many thanks David 🙏

OH MY GOD....TC1210+DVR250...the PERFECT match!!
Wow, really impressed with this! Love it on those synth patches too.
Aaaawwww man, I love this line of products! :)
I was amazed by the build quality of the controler while doing demo tests.
Haven't had the chance to try the DVR, but if it's anything like 2290 and other stuff, it's kicking ass. :)
Hey David looking to add this and DVR 250. Which would you go for first?
Eh, this probably
Great demo and very useful for different sources and another vibe than other pitch shift plugins
Awesome review! I just got the reverb and was curious about the expander.
Wow that looks really cool. Thanks for the vids again. Always learning a lot!
Even for being a controller it sounds so warm this is amazing!
Awesome unit. I have the 8210 and it sounds great and is a pleasure to use!

Gotta love the hands on approach ! Sounds great !

yes it does.
dope video man, would love that verb
Awesome! Been using their plugins since 1998
The TC 1210 makes the Brauer Motion plugin’s audio sound like you’re listening with chewing gum stuffed in the ear canals. Thank you for the review!
Awsome, all these new TC modules look killer! Thanks for the giveaway!
holy moly, 1210 sounds magical on vocals!
Good to see the old hardware that i could never afford come back!
Man i need this ,good video review!

Great Demo, David. I always dig your content. Thank you for posting!
It work on multiple channels with different settings or just on one?
Oh man that sounds good!!
Amazing reverb. I want one!
Can you control all parameters inside the plugin GUI or do you need to have the hardware plugged in and on your desk?
Wow. That's really an unique sound. And you, sir, are very knowledgeable! Nice video and thanks for the chance to win it!
This was actually way cooler thsn I expected
bro do u need the Controler or you can use just the plugin ?

A must have wow I need that ASAP lol. Thanks for the chance of winning this. Like always I appreciate your videos and keep rocking man. 👀👀😃
Great review. What happens if you have instances running on multiple tracks, which instance does the hardware control?
the one you open in your DAW, it switches automatically
@@mixbustv do you mean you to have the instance you want to control open (on screen?) or will it follow the selected track?
Keen to know this also
great videos love them! Love to have that TC Electronics reverb!
@@mixbustv thank you sir

Is it plug and play or do you need to be using it with protools?
I might have to get all of them. Nice workflow too. Good luck
Yeah they really sound cool. Was impressed by the widener and the reverb
I love Tc Electronic
Wow! So amazing!!!
Sounds so good, killer plugin!
Enjoy listening to your voice and accent! :)
I need it in my hands to improve my sound and workflow!
@@mixbustv Fingers crossed!!! And thank you for your videos, they have been really helpful as i'm a teacher myself

Wow, that sounded great.
The TC Spatial expander or Soundtoys Microshift for vocals sir?
@@mixbustvWOW, I'm gonna check it out ASAP, thanks sir 🙏
I'm in! This is what I'm missing when I reference my songs. Also struggling to find a good reverb

Wow and it has buttons 🤤
Awesome!!!
Damn!!! Really cool unit. Is it available as digital plugin? I like it very lot and you can adjust exactly how wide you want it.

Sick review brother!
Excellent product...
I want to buy 1210 claasic version Analog
Controller looks dope , plugin sound killer.
Great stuff!
amazing device!

I don't use IG but one of these days I want to get one of these so I can flush-mount it into the surface of my desk!
ty for this giveaway, David 🔥
Great video... Thanks!
I'm a little bummed that the knobs click instead of slide but I understand the design choice. It's the SOUND that counts, right? Right.
That thing is a beast
So dope!!!
Sounds great!
Ha, I had just asked you about stereo width in gigs/concerts - really good timing man.
@@mixbustv Cheers man.
Holy crap. Listening on DT 1990's... 👍👍
Is it possible to buy the plugin without the controller to save money?
Yes
I'm ordering this one
That LFO meter is nice
