    If I want to make this with 2 kg of mutton, should I increase the quantity of ingredients proportionately ? i.e. if 2 tbsp lemon juice is required for 500 grams of mutton, should I use 8 tbsp for 2 kg of mutton? kindly suggest.

    Can i skip or substitute chironji nd khaskhas(poppy seed) coz i dnt have that

      +Heed K (Mahek) definitely do not skip, for this dish to have the complete flavourful success, create it exactly how the chef has described it. If you know any South Indian grocery stores they will have chironji.

      For example, this dish is an example of Hyderabadi Cuisine. The addition of coconut, chironji nuts, and poppey seeds reflect the ingredients native to southern India. The Perso-Turkic influence comes with the addition of meat, yogurt, and saffron.

    The name of the channel is in English....the name of the video is in English...the title screen of the video is in English.....the description of the recipe not-in-English....makes sense

      +John Matrix You're watching a well renown Indian chef create a variant of an Hyderabadi delicacy, so it would be quite stupid to complain about the recipe not being written in english.
