Honestly, an early unified Britain would be so OP, they'd likely conquer half of Europe before even attempting to colonize the world. The Viking raids were devastating partially because the English were still squabbling among each other, same in most of the mainland. Early unification would allow them to ward off raids far easier with a lot less backstabbing as well.
Albion remained distinctly Romano-Celtic, the island never got successfully invaded by Dark Age Nazis (Anglo-Saxons), a Germanic kingdom of England never formed, and Arthur became Emperor of the Romans... truly this is the best timeline!

Love the blending of Arthurian myths and legends to weave your story of Roman Britain. Really well done. Out of curiosity, what would you say would be the fate of Ireland in this timeline? You touched briefly on "Patricus" Christianizing the island, but would the Romans have conquered the Island to increase their power base, or would they have made it into a sort of satellite state do you think?
What a fantastic video, Mr. Videntis. I love the concept of Rome surviving in Britian and making itself the Third Rome, similar to Russia. The Arthurian Empire is fascinating since the Roman-British settlers wanted an identity similar to that of the Byzantines but stayed with their Roman roots, heritage, and culture. A part two would be amazing, and I don't see a sequel for this video; you and Monsuier Z did terrific justice to this concept. I would love to see more of this collaboration, for it is worth watching from the two of the greatest alternate historians in the alternate history RUclips channel community. Here are some ideas for part two of "What if Rome survived? Ft. MrZ?" What if Augustus Arthurus had led a grand crusade against the Vikings in Scandinavia, and what if Rome conquered Scandinavia, and What if the conquest of Scandinavia led to expansion into the East (Poland, Belarus, and the Russian states)? Also, what if the Roman-British had accidentally discovered the New World and questioned whether this new Western Roman Empire faced similar obstacles to the United Kingdom of Great Britain with the American Revolution or chose not to colonize the Americas? But if they did colonize the Americas, how would colonization be different than the English did, and what would be your thoughts and opinions on how Rome colonized the Americas? Would it be possible for the Western Roman (British) Empire to colonize most of the continents like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, The Carbeians, the Bahamas, the Falkland Islands, and parts of Indonesia? Would the Romans try to conquer India in a way similar to what the British did in our timeline, or would that not happen? And would the Western Roman Empire regain some lands in Africa? By the way, this is a great video, Mr. Videntis and Monsuier Z. I love this video, and this collaboration brings more diversity to this channel. No matter what happens, anybody says you two make the best videos; I really mean it, and please make part two and possibly three for this fantastic!

In the next part could you also talk a little more about how the rate of technology has been affected in this time line, like is it faster or slower? Also, what is life like for the average citizen of this new Arturian empire? And how has the military culture changed since I heard that the old Roman empire didn't put much honor or glory into navel warfare, but since this nation is both on an island and it's most famous leader had one of his greatest victories in a navy battle, I'm guessing the attitude towards the navy has changed alot compared to the Rome of old.

I've been waiting to see the term "Arturian Empire" to be officially said for years! Yes, I got such an idea before you. But I never spread it out to anyone or anywhere. I swear! I mean it! But now, let's dived down into seeing what could the sequel be like. While the Romans of Britannia have to deal with the constant raids by the Norsemen, they may also be engaged in cultural exchange with the Muslims of al-Andalus as well, especially after the Umayyad Emirate rose to power. This might led to the birth of the Renaissance somewhat earlier due to the exchange of the knowledge, culture and goods between the Roman scholars in Britannia and the Islamic scholars of al-Andalus. In fact, Abd al-Rahman III might even received recognition from the Imperator in Trinovantum as the Caliph when he proclaimed himself as such. I do not know if the Danelaw will become a thing or not but personally, I doubted that will ever happened unless another one of those Roman Civil Wars broke out. And if that happened, there's no way that the raiders from Scandinavia will ever let such an opportunity to go to waste. the time when the Danelaw existed will be remembered as some sort of Second Dark Age of the Roman Empire because it lost a big chunk of its territories in the east and have to base a new capital somewhere else on the island. And to make the matter worse, some Norsemen founded the Kingdom of Dublin in Ireland, thus surrounding the remnants of the Roman Empire in Britannia. But after waiting for a long period of time, the territories of the Danelaw will most likely be reconquered. But despite the reconquest, the Scandinavian influence most likely left its mark on the island already. Also, I do not know if William the Conqueror will even existed at this point. But I think the answer will be yes and no. And by that, I mean he does not existed physically but simply someone with his ambitions, backgrounds and personality existed instead. Will he attempted to conquer Trinovantum and founded his own dynasty? I do not know and I also do not know if he is even a Roman to begin with. But of course, I would like to see what you and your partner come up as a sequel as well.
