Investing in Fractional Real Estate - Buying Mezz and Pref Interests on Nectar First Impressions

Today I'm looking at a site called Nectar. It is a platform where you can invest in mezzanine debt and preferred equity attached to commercial real estate. This platform is very different from many of the fractional real estate investing platforms that we've looked at so far, but I'll mostly compare it to Groundfloor.
