- We went to explore the biggest Pav Bakery in Mumbai that makes more than 50,000 pavs each day and they have been doing this for over 25 years.. We all know Mumbai lives on Pav and how important these are to each one of the locals here, be it Vada, Bhaji or Ragda, Pav is everyone's favourite. Yeah exactly and the way they had covered the whole dough with wet blanket type material was gross looking and I felt nasueating. These are really made in slums and unhygenic conditions and what could you expect from a shop who sells it for 2 or 5rs each.
Dude no one prefers to eat unhygienic food & stars in hotel are not earned by mere land area & height of the building you must have visited a 5 star Dhaba & processed food from KFCor Domino's aren't cancerous but processed food are often ignored by ones who knows it's ill effects to health. Mumbai and Pune mai aise big bakeries and fresh Ladi pav is common. I have eaten fresh bhatti se nikla pav much bigger and fluffier than this in Pune. and there might be many other places as well because for us this is common.

Good video. So simple ingredients. And so fresh. And manual made bread is much better than machine made, plastic wrapped bread.
In USA almost all bread they add many chemicals to increase its shelf life to keep at super markets. Most chemicals add in USA bread are not healthy.
This one looks very good in comparison.
In USA supermarket you can not tell how OLD is bread. They put only Expiration date and not manufactured date.
And their plastic wrapping cause so much garbage and pollution.
