I'm so glad that someone is finally saying that the street food offered in carts is not Chilean food, but rather food from immigrants with little to no hygiene measures. I would also like to inform your subscribers that a pet "chip" has been detected in the meat sold in these carts, and on several occasions, places have been found where they sell dog and cat meat.

What are you talking about all the food there is extremely chilean and the illegal food carts existed since before the big immigration wave. Yes, there's *more* of them now, but nothing there is new or unknown.

    • @franciscoacevedo5475

@@KyteM Undoubtedly you don't live in Chile, you've never been through Puente Independencia, Estacion Mapocho, El Mercado Central and Mercado Tirso de Molina to Recoleta. You don't know what they sell in the carts outside the buildings in Estacion Central all night long.
No, Chile wasn't always like this.
Before they sold sopaipillas in carts, Mote con Huesillos and nothing else. Today they sell you raw chicken and fish without any cold chain, sushi and ceviches... fried potatoes and chicken (maybe what kind of poultry) with black oils that look like they came from a car engine. They sell you Tequeños, Arepas, cheeses in the sun, without cold chains or the slightest hygiene, the person who serves you uses the same hands to handle money, scratch themselves, sit on the floor, smoke and scratch their private parts. In addition to detecting a pet chip in those carts in the meat they sold, not only that, dozens of animal slaughterhouses such as dogs and cats have been discovered, especially in nearby communities.
Traditional Chilean food was never street food, it was always, always sold in established places, which we call "Picadas". The most traditional and popular ones like:
El Rey del Mote con Huesillos
      El Rey del Completo
      El Rey del Churrasco
It had its premises, its little shops.
NO, CHILE was not like that
      You are defending the indefensible

Hello, I'm from Chile, lately I've been watching your food videos. I recommend that you go to the south of Chile or the north since you will find really homemade food that is good for the palate. For example, Chiloé, which is in the south of Chile, has quite a variety of food, just like in the north, you can see the Atacama Desert and its beautiful beaches along with the variety of food, I also told you that you should try the poto sandwich . If you would like, my family and I are willing to take you to the good places in Chile and get to know the real food. I hope you return to Chile and get to know the real Chilean food. You selected the best place of the city to get very delicious and affordable food. Wellcome to Chile!
