i lived in Chile for a year, its definitely NOT a typo. They served this meal at dozens of places, and they all spelled it "Ass". It was a treat every time I saw the signage, lol

It's probably my favorite country in South America. The nature is also stunning, deserts, mountains, coastline and coniferous forest. The cities are great too. Valparaiso, Pichilemu, Santiago, Vina del Mar etc etc etc.

I'm an American but I have spent some time in Chile. I really enjoyed the food there. It was really good. Lots of meat and potatos. And they love mayo there which I do as well.

You are going to fall in love with food from Ecuador 🇪🇨👌🤤 omg they also have caldo de pats but it’s cow feet 🍲 they have guatita but in peanut sauce soooo delicious with rice and 🥑 humita , bollo with fish or shrimp 🍤👌 omg Ecuadorian crabs 🦀 are unique lol I love it crab soup 🥘 crab rice , crab criollo style, or in coconut sauce or crabs salad all the ways delicious the best is hornado, caldo de bolas (plantains balls) 🍲😍👌 llapingachos, sanduche de chancho , chicken stew , lentils with rice and meat 🍛 so good lol
chile looks spanish - european. The fresh produce and fish look excellent. The prices seem higher than other countries in south america but the high quality and cleanliness is worth it.
