Welcome to the 2nd series on the Relate Higher Podcast!
In this second series, you will learn how to create & cultivate a conscious relationship with yourself - so that you have the capacity to be in conscious relationships with others.
Remember, being in a "conscious relationship" is HOW you create "great relationships".
In this first episode, we'll be focussing on how to build a great relationship with yourself in order to do that. You will learn:
1) Why your relationship with yourself directly impacts your capacity to create & build better relationships across your life, including your love life;
2) Why understanding & accepting yourself is the key to building better relationships & begins your relationship transformations;
3) How creating fulfilment across your life impacts your relationships & sets you up for a better relationship with yourself;
4) Why you need to understand what you bring to your relationships; and
5) How doing the "work" to increase your consciousness on a day to day basis will help you to have a better relationship with yourself and others.
