Interesting how we all prepare traditional dishes differently. I make a cheese roux on top of the stove.
Melt kerry gold butter in pot, stir in flour. Seasons I use, complete seasoning, chicken bouillon, smoke paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dry mustard. Whisk in whole milk and slowly add my cheeses: Colby Jack, Mexican three cheese, Cracker Barrel 3 sharp cheddar cheese, and an 8 oz block of velveeta cheese and whisk and whisk until melted and pour over noodles, top it off with shredded cheese and place in oven.
Idk what I’m gonna do lol I gotta watch these vlogs daily. Loved the time with your girlfriends & your encouraging words, lifting each others up 🩷

That's so funny that you say that about the Mac and cheese. Cus girl I'm Always the one having to do Mac and cheese as well and I be trying new Cheeses out every time i make it. Lol. And I use white pepper and red pepper to give it some kick. Lol
