I can smell the low tide all the way here in Iowa. Thanks for the view in the off season. And the low/no traffic shots were great.

@@SaltyheadAdventures It is great to stay in touch like this. Me and the dog just finished our daily walk where we just passed 860 miles for the year. After lunch I go out back to build another raised bed.

Hello Saltyhead! My wife and I are currently living in Florida but a great job opportunity in NH has come our way. We hope to be there before spring. We've been watching your channel and learning so much about foraging for clams and oysters. She is Filipino and loves all types of shell seafood. She was just there this past week with friends of ours in Portsmouth and she loves the area. Thanks again for your informative vlogs. Hope to meet you one day 😊

So happy I am connecting to people in this way. This is my life, no acting, well maybe some, but this is what I like doing and I have no problem sharing. Thanks for the nice feedback. Hope to see ya some day. SH

I use a milk crate with the float (pool noodles) zip tied to the top so the clams stay in the water. Also I have a Lowe’s bucket with a lid, I fill it with salt water and put the clams in the water and let them purge for about an hour before cooking.
