The way you mix in the new Tyrant encounters is that you add all Tyrant encounters for a specific tyrant (eg Drellen will now have 2 tyrant specific encounters mixed into the other general encounters)
Tough question. At this point I would recommend getting anything that gives you more Gearlocs. If money is not an issue I would go for Undertow for the most content to add to you experience. Otherwise, I would recommend watching the tutorial videos or playthroughs for the different expansion Gearlocs and grab ones that interest you the most. If you still are not bored with the base Gearlocs, Baddies, and Tyrrants, and want to add a campaign twist, then I would recommend Age of Tyrrany, which was a big hit with us.
Everything is necessary for Too Many Bones I wish there were better instructions on how to mix this addon into Too Many Bones, I just mixed everything together and play. The specials are for the tyrants in Too Many Bones, they add more special cards for the encounter decks. Box art failure is so you can throw the box away and not feel bad.
This is a must have expansion in my opinion, adds so much to the game! Can't wait to see you play it!
