  • This videos shows and discusses how I layer with Speedpaints and also how I did glazing with ‪@TheArmyPainter‬ Warpaints FANATIC, using the Warpaints Stabilizer. This miniature painting video features this three part bust of the “One Bust Three Painters Challenge” by ‪@WitnessMyMinis‬

    Very cool idea, and I'm still messing about with the Speedpaints 2.0 to see where they fit in to my painting style, here.

    Hey Don! I really miss the giant yellow and blue bug in your intro! Do you still have him?

    Thank you for all the great videos! Is there any need to varnish or seal miniatures that have been painted only with speed paint 2.0?

    Hi Don, quick question: do the Fanatic Washes dry glossy like the old war paint line?

    • @TheArmyPainter
      @TheArmyPainter 5 месяцев назад +4

      They shouldn’t if shaken well and if they haven’t pooled too much. Glossiness from Washes comes from the retarder in the medium separating and drying on top which also tends to happen is the wash pools too much. We have not changed the Wash formula, just added new colours to the range. ;)

      @@TheArmyPainter Thanks for the response AP. I was just curious as I recall (if correctly) the previous formula for the washes was based on the dips and dried glossy. Which is not a bad thing, they provided a layer of protection that is quite welcome on gaming minis. Also, I'm extremely proud of you guys. You're absolutely the best in the community. Thank you for listening.
