Hi, Question the yellow plastic in cartridge need to removed or not? Because after I removed the yellow plastic the printer is not working. Base in HP printer monitoring the cartridge is missing.
My 2017 iMac isn't supported. The printer test prints. The iMac sees the printer as the default. I bought a new cord, unplugged & rebooted both - but it wont print.

Don po sa option sa pag download niyo ng HP Smart App. May lalabas na option na apat po ata, then yung naka-highlight is yung HP Smart app pero wag yun ang piliin niyo kundi yung pangalawang option na may full program ang nakasulat. 😊

Baka may compatibility issue po talaga yung HP smart app. Ang i-download niyo nalang po ay iyong full program talaga.

Yung full program ang i-download niyo po. Baka may compatibility issue talaga yung HP Smart app kaya ayaw ma-detect ng printer niyo po.

You mean yung installer niya po? Oo need po yun para ma-check ninyo yung status ng piniprint niyo. Dun mo rin mache-check yung ink level niyo po.
