I found these instructions super simple and easy to follow. After spending the whole morning trying to reinstall our printer since we moved - and 45 min on the phone with after sales support to no avail - it took me max 10 minutes to install it successfully and that’s only because the printer is quite slow. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
I had trouble with the ink cartridges as you have to REALLY shove em' in there -- was scared I was going to break the frame because of how much force it requires!
Hi, TY for the vid. I purchased a Laptop and they had a deal where this printer was an additional $20.00 - so I bought it without learning it's features. I'm so thrilled, It's a great little printer, works wonderfully, and does much more than I'd thought. I can use my phone, Chromebook (with an app) , Fire 10HD Tablet, all to print and even Google Home - verbally to tell it to print to the printer! So convenient. Plus it scans! Best printer I've purchased.
Great at last someone showed a great example how to work this as I am a senior and the world of technology is alien to me thank you once again I am a visionary learner now I can relax and enjoy my new printer .
The one con about this is the scanning feature. I find you have to hold the paper in and it can only scan 1 page at a time? It would make more sense for it to scan in reverse from what it does now. Like have the scanner scan like how the paper is fed through when printing. Anyone else agree?

i actually LOVE this printer, i´ve had it for years! I only have a tablet at home, and i love the wierless printing! also, i dont care that its super slow, i have time. I print sewing patterns and acationally word document, and it fits me perfectly! Thanks for the easy set up video, i just moved house and forgot how to connect it again. tnx!

I felt I was doing it wrong and going to break them too. Even though the ink was already installed in his it would have been nice if he showed how to take them out and put them in. Hi wondering if you can help on this one My print was working fine and then it stoped ! Its now saying ble to my hp printer is unable to connect to your wireless router Mac Address filtering may be enabled on your wireless router which can prevent your HP printer from connecting to your wireless network during setup. Solution Mac address is enabled and you would like to keep it enabled you must dd the mac address of your printer to the list of permitted devices for your wireless router before continuing. It gives me details but where do i put them ? TIA

Glad it helped. HP ink cartridges are available at most retail stores and even supermarkets depending on your country and stores. I have seen this printer was modified for CISS.

Hp smart but sometimes it does not work for every country. So what you do is, go to wifi settings in the mobile. It might not work from laptop. Don't forget to open wireless network of printer by pressing power button for 5 secs. If wifi logo blinks, that means it is working. Now from wifi section of your mobile, connect it to printer by putting password 12345678. Internet will stop working after connected. Now you go to files and open it and print directly. It might work. Mine was working after this. Good luck.

Hi, it can not scan double sided automatically. you have to manually feed the scans. Yes you can scan IDs, just manually feed it. You can also scan file as PDF, and combine multi pages, but you can not scan 2 sides into one page to print. Hopefully this helps.
What is the difference between this and the 3752? My iPad runs 10.3.3 will that work with the built in wireless, I don't have consistent internet right now.
Hi, Jessica. I believe 3752 and 37200 are basically the same printer. In fact there is a list of 3700 series printers on HP website share the same specification. I believe they varies depends on region. Regards on your iPad, yes you can use wifi-direct from your ipad.
It will not connect via USB to my desktop at all. Can't cannot via wifi without disconnecting from my internet. Really annoying. Connects to portable devices fine'.

I bought this POS printer because I trusted the HP name. Big mistake. Took forever to set up, is difficult to print from, and sucks up ink like a sponge. Horrible printer. Threw it in the trash 6 months after I bought it.
Thank you for the helpful video. I saw a symbol on the scanning part. There is a symbol of a paper with lines and above that there's a symbol that looks like an ID card. I cannot find any information on what the scanner can do with a card that size. Is it possible to scan cards that size? Looking forward to your reply.
Hi, it can only scan 1 page at once. If you have multiple pages to scan, you can scan all pages 1 by 1 into a single PDF file. Same apply to copy, you can only copy a page at a time. It DOES NOT have multi page scanning function. Hope this helps.

Hi, you can setup with Samsung Tab A, just make sure download HP printer app from playstore on to your tablet, then follow the printer instructions.
