I struggled with cystic acne since 17 up until I was almost 19 I tried creams antibiotics washes everything just like you then my dermatologist did the same thing yours did which was recommend Accutane treatment I took it from November 2017- May of 2018 and with all of the hoops of getting blood work and visiting the dermatologist every month etc it was well worth it I haven't really struggled with acne on my face ever since and it's been over 3 years now by the way your face looks really good my face still has a bunch of scarring due to having really bad acne but the scars are slowly going away everyday
