QB A: 150 Comp/ 275 Att/ 1572 yds/ 5.7 ypa/ 7 td/ 6 int/ 106 rate
QB B: 152 Comp/ 270 Att/ 1812 yds/ 6.7 yps/ 16 td/ 6 int/ 127.8 rate
Both QBs are good old farmer boys from small towns, both have big arms, both will take or took 2-3 years in the NFL to click, both can scramble and make big plays, both can make mind numbing INTs, both are gunslingers. One is in the Hall of Fame, one got drafted this weekend.

His mechanics are a sub par but the ceiling could be comparable and the physical talents are clearly similar to a Big Ben body with a Stafford arm.

He is huge and strong and really mobile for a big guy. With the right coaching he could be great I think.
Sadly he'll be a day-one started for Buffalo and he really needs some time to develop his touch and accuracy. I wish him the best though.

I watched Darnod's vid right before this one. Very first pass in this vid that Allen throws I thought, yep didn't see Darnold make that kind of pass. This dude is going to be special, he is be far the best QB in this draft.

I’ve always loved strong arm guys. I liked Mahomes out of college, loved Josh out of college, and then I loved Herbert. I never thought either of them would turn into the beasts they are today.

@@shaanpatel9474 He actually played in D1 but I get what ur saying. U are worried about the level of competition. Same can be said for Josh Allen (and Zach Wilson) though. Wyoming faced like 95th toughest schedule out of the 130 team FBS.
But I agree with ur love for Fields though, dude is madd talented. His arm is a strength. Although I believe Lance had the best arm in the draft, Fields is close and Ur right Fields can fire a laser.

This kid reminded me of both Aaron Rodgers and Answer Luck when he both rolls out and or stays in the pocket and throws, lots of potential.
After a short warmup to NFL standards Josh could sell salt water in the ocean. DAMN his accuracy is unmatched here in college and he's now done the same in the pros. Thank You Wyoming for giving this man that chance.

90% of his throws are NFL throws and he's coming from a pro style system. Nobody from his team this year is going to get drafted ever so basically he is throwing to lawyers and stock brokers are blocking for him. Hes inaccurate because his line was the worst line prob in all of college football. Flip that Baker Mayfield had the 2nd best Oline in all of football for 3 years. Also Rosens left tackle is about to be a 1st or top 2nd rd pick. Darnolds line sucked to but it's USC and they have better talent. Browns have 100 million on there Oline just need a strong arm QB
Romain hahaha really?? Because Notre dame had a G that is a top 5 pick a left tackle that is a top 15 pick a WR that is a top 50 pick and a RB that is a top 100 pick and a TE that is a top 150 pick and Kizer still got benched at Notre dame.
Then Kizer went to the combine and absolutely sucked he was the most inaccurate Qb there. Go back and watch it he was horrible.

Gentry was on the Bills lol he was signed by Buffalo in 2020 never seen much regular season action with Buffalo they waived him in 2022 and signed him to practice squad the next day I believe he went back to the bears where his career started off this past season. Watching these highlights seemed like Gentry had some talent but his career stats in the nfl he has like 3 catches for 35 yards in 7 games played. Goes to show how tough the nfl is compared to college.
Darnold vs Allen in the AFC East should be fun for years to come.

im not being a troll by any means, and am definitely rooting for Allen to have a great career, but over the years we've witnessed several QBs with howitzer arms and lesser accuracy struggle mightily in the NFL (Jeff George, Jay Cutler, Kyle Boller come to mind). i hope he' s more along the lines of a Matt Stafford
i thought he would go earlier in the draft
NY Jets, Great size, mobility, arm and has a thick body along with large hands, this is what is needed in NY with the weather, Rosen too fragile, Darnold can possibly work but I think he's going to the Browns, and Mayfield I think wouldn't make sense too small, Allen can drive the ball into heavy win and can asborb alot of hits and can avoid hits with his feet, accuracy can improve but I think this is the pick.
My sympathy to you that Allen did not go to the Jets.
@@ObiWanGinobiliTopFan no prob, I wasn't wrong about him though, but I hope Wilson works out. Some say they see some similarities between him and Allen, I don't see it, but I hope I am wrong here too.
@@MrBrunoGI I hear ya. I can definitely relate to quarterback frustrations... it is really, really rare to find a franchise quarterback. The last really good QB for my Bills before Allen was Jim Kelly back in the 90's lol. I can't believe the front offices of some teams don't even realize how lucky they are to have a great quarterback *(PACKERS)* ... it's crazy. Bills front office are treating Allen right, and badda bing he's shining. These guys are setting an example for the rest of the league... and as a competitive fan, I hope they don't take the hint lol.
