Tomi Tanaka The AK-12 that we currently have is based on the AK-400. I honestly prefer the look on the AK-12 compared to the prototype (that most FPS games use) because it retains the iconic features of a Kalashnikov rifle.
I guess they believed that Russia was going to actually adopt the Ak-12 prototype instead of just re using the same Aks and putting rails in them. Understandable tho because the prototype Ak-12 was more expensive to make and had a different design that would have made logistics a nightmare with the new parts
Uss HUNK yeah the prototype ak-12 as I understand it was just too unreliable and didn’t offer any real advantage over a a modified ak-74m. I think they made the right decision to go the way they did
Honestly if DICE said they're remaking battlefield 4 I would already had it pre-ordered last week. I'm seriously worried the battlefield games are gonna end soon. After warzone got praise for the battle Royale they pulled off first. And warzone added groundwar which is just conquest on 1.75x speed. The guns was cool tho
I feel like MW Groundwar is an underdeveloped conquest tbh with some tweaks to vehicles and more refine map making and gameplay adjustments ( big work on squad joining/making) it can hold its own like there is just too much COD chaos for it to flow like battlefield but it was a solid 1st attempt considering before it ground was was just 8v8 or 10v10 I other than that it’s Ground is solid and I enjoy it over BF5 tbh so looking forward to what dice has cooking for 2021
@@zombie7232 what really destroys groundwar for me are the snipers. Oneshot on upper torso at any range is just bs and ruins the whole experience. And the respawn overview is just infuriation. Clicking another location and nothing happens, wildy spamming wouldnt help too, sometimes the only way is with the keyboard, you cant scroll the map with the mouse, you have the switch spawnpoints with wasd. Worst UI in a Multiplayer Shooter EVER.
@@olerothemberg3869 Yeah I agree the UI is not the friendliest on consoles like that can also go on gameplay tweaks and sniper spam is crazy bad like yeah in battlefield at the most depending on the map/game mode they might be like 3-4 people spawn sniping but the biggest difference is the skill gap in sniping in battlefield vs. COD anyone can point a rifle in COD and be successful , as far as maps goes I like the elevation that GW has but there are to many windows and small spaces and too many buildings to get on and with laser beam AR’s and Snipers it can be extremely frustrating but I still enjoy it again just a bit too hectic in my opinion it can be better but they changes I feel that need to be made would offset the causal’s which is COD’s bread and butter and they never want to make it to where it’s more skill based.

The company was called Desert Tactical Arms since it established, but renamed as Desert Tech at mid 2010's. My military magazine still call it "Desert Tactical Arms" despite it was released during 2012, one year before BF4 releases.
I believe the L85A2 is produced by H&K. The L85A1 or SA80 was produced by Enfield but that gun had so many problems that H&K were hired to improve and produce the A2 variant
Honestly it’s so refreshing to see real gun names. The knock off names and weapon models really can take you out of it. Honestly weapon manufacturers shouldn’t even charge to license the likeness for video games. It gets people more interested in their products and is free publicity/advertising while having no negative impact on their sales.
The reason why the M200 CheyTac Intervention is called SRR-61 in BF4 is because there was an Israeli recon unit called SRR and they fielded the Intervention. I don’t recall the Intervention being used in any other military (correct me kf i’m wrong)
Am I the only one complaining about b93r being a b92fs with front grip and magical 3 round burst? The b93r has more squared slide, big right grip panel, 20+1 mags, longer barrel, buit in compensator, different safety/selector and different trigger guard
It wasn't developed by Enfield. The design was given to H&K , which decided to change a couple of things , mainly the entire gun lol. Enfield went bankrupt so the project was given to H&K which at the time was British owned.
I unfortunately just found battlefield 4 like a month ago, I’ve never played a battlefield game before and I heard it was good so o bought it for like 5 bucks. This game is amazing, I’m glad there’s still somewhat of a player base so I can play it a bit but dang this game is good.

I just noticed that the M16A4 is a Colt Sporter Competition, having a civilian lower receiver, and lack of bayonet lug. Plus the Handguard is not an M5 RAS. Also, the M4A1 is a civilian build, except that it lacks a proper stepped barrel. Which is kinda a developer oversight

When BF4 was released, the AK12 was brand new and the big talked about gun, even if it wasn't finalized. Games were all over it. I wouldn't be surprised if BF6 would have the current AK12's and 15's.
Weapon models, animations and sounds are all still pretty good compared to Modern Warfare who has by far the best combination of all of any shooters ever Only real gripe I have is the B93R, that's a B92FS, the B93R had a squared slide and the fire selector is on the frame (B92 style), as well as a Compensator and some other minor things.
I know this is a few months old, but the correction needs a correction. At 8:26, that weapon in-game is the CS-LR4. The FY-JS is at 9:20. Apparently the difference is the cartridge.
Correct. CS/LR3 is the Chinese domestic version chambered in some Chinese proprietary 5.8*42mm cartridge, and the CS/LR4 is the export version using 7.62*51mm ammo. The in game name FY-JS is also a hilarious screwup and has been a secret joke of sorts.
The AN-94 is actually made by Gennadiy Nikonov, through Izhmash. It has nothing to do with the Kalashnikov Group. Edit: i was not aware that Kalashnikov Group bought Izhmash in 2013. However i stand by my comment, as the AN-94 didn't make it past the mid 90's.
SW40 (Rhino) was my favorite pistol for awhile there. Very accurate and punchy unlike most the pistols. Unica 6 i also like but it seems like i hit less with it 🤣 currently trying to use non revolvers/Deagles
The Famas is actually the Fèlin, and the L85A2 and L86A2 are H&K not Enfield, Enfield went bankrupt in the 80s and the British government contracted H&K to update and modifiy the L85A1 and L86A1.

the M93R shown in the game is actually just an M9 with a folding grip, not a real M9 also the F2000 without a scope isn't an F2000 Tactical, the "Tactical" variant has a rail and iron sights instead of the scope also, the X95 isn't wrong, but the specific variant is the X95R also, props to the uploader for getting the M39 right. it's really just an M14 with a Sage Stock, the M39 has a different gas tube otherwise, great video!

The Sig MPX is chambered in 9mm in BF4, not .40SW. Also the IWI Tavor is in 5.56x45 nato, not 5.45x39 Russian. The M82A3 is named properly. “Colt defense sporter” is literally just an M16A4... that’s what it is. Steyr Scout was chambered in 5.56nato in game, is either IRL.

The company was called Desert Tactical Arms since it established, but renamed as Desert Tech at mid 2010's. My military magazine still call it "Desert Tactical Arms" despite it was released during 2012, one year before BF4 releases.
I believe the L85A2 is produced by H&K. The L85A1 or SA80 was produced by Enfield but that gun had so many problems that H&K were hired to improve and produce the A2 variant

Honestly it’s so refreshing to see real gun names. The knock off names and weapon models really can take you out of it. Honestly weapon manufacturers shouldn’t even charge to license the likeness for video games. It gets people more interested in their products and is free publicity/advertising while having no negative impact on their sales.
The reason why the M200 CheyTac Intervention is called SRR-61 in BF4 is because there was an Israeli recon unit called SRR and they fielded the Intervention. I don’t recall the Intervention being used in any other military (correct me kf i’m wrong)

L85a2 was developed and designed by Enfield but made by heckler and koch
It wasn't developed by Enfield. The design was given to H&K , which decided to change a couple of things , mainly the entire gun lol. Enfield went bankrupt so the project was given to H&K which at the time was British owned.

I unfortunately just found battlefield 4 like a month ago, I’ve never played a battlefield game before and I heard it was good so o bought it for like 5 bucks. This game is amazing, I’m glad there’s still somewhat of a player base so I can play it a bit but dang this game is good.

There are some weapons that have their real designation in game such as the M82A3, the main difference between the M107 and the M82 is the muzzle brake and barrel lenght
You didn't add that m240 has incorrect box location. The m240 drops spent cartridges from the bottom and the box would be preventing that.

I just noticed that the M16A4 is a Colt Sporter Competition, having a civilian lower receiver, and lack of bayonet lug. Plus the Handguard is not an M5 RAS.
Also, the M4A1 is a civilian build, except that it lacks a proper stepped barrel.

3:00 The ACE 52 is a variant of the IWI ACE platform chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO, not 5.56x45mm(the ACE 21 is).
The ACE platform also has the ACE 32 which is chambered in 7.62x39mm(Soviet) if anyone wanted to know.

At some point, I wanna see a compilation of video game characters using fictional bolt-release buttons. I can't remember the game, but I remember seeing a game where the player character hit the bolt release on a gun that doesn't have one, and in fact, it wasn't even modelled on the gun either.

When BF4 was released, the AK12 was brand new and the big talked about gun, even if it wasn't finalized. Games were all over it. I wouldn't be surprised if BF6 would have the current AK12's and 15's.

Weapon models, animations and sounds are all still pretty good compared to Modern Warfare who has by far the best combination of all of any shooters ever
Only real gripe I have is the B93R, that's a B92FS, the B93R had a squared slide and the fire selector is on the frame (B92 style), as well as a Compensator and some other minor things.
Such a shame that BF3 cool weapons didn't make it to this game, like G3 or AK-74M
And of course, the not averpowered M-16A3

I know this is a few months old, but the correction needs a correction. At 8:26, that weapon in-game is the CS-LR4. The FY-JS is at 9:20. Apparently the difference is the cartridge.
Correct. CS/LR3 is the Chinese domestic version chambered in some Chinese proprietary 5.8*42mm cartridge, and the CS/LR4 is the export version using 7.62*51mm ammo. The in game name FY-JS is also a hilarious screwup and has been a secret joke of sorts.

The AN-94 is actually made by Gennadiy Nikonov, through Izhmash. It has nothing to do with the Kalashnikov Group.
Edit: i was not aware that Kalashnikov Group bought Izhmash in 2013. However i stand by my comment, as the AN-94 didn't make it past the mid 90's.
Actually AN94 ceased production in 2006, but still correct because 2006 is before 2013.

SW40 (Rhino) was my favorite pistol for awhile there. Very accurate and punchy unlike most the pistols. Unica 6 i also like but it seems like i hit less with it 🤣 currently trying to use non revolvers/Deagles
The Famas is actually the Fèlin, and the L85A2 and L86A2 are H&K not Enfield, Enfield went bankrupt in the 80s and the British government contracted H&K to update and modifiy the L85A1 and L86A1.

also the F2000 without a scope isn't an F2000 Tactical, the "Tactical" variant has a rail and iron sights instead of the scope

The Sig MPX is chambered in 9mm in BF4, not .40SW. Also the IWI Tavor is in 5.56x45 nato, not 5.45x39 Russian. The M82A3 is named properly. “Colt defense sporter” is literally just an M16A4... that’s what it is. Steyr Scout was chambered in 5.56nato in game, is either IRL.

The M107 is in no way shape or form a bullpup however its variants like the Barret M95 and M82A2 etc are bullpups
I just hate it when games like modern warfare come up completely random names. Bf4 usually only cuts the manufacturer.

Uh, there’s a problem with the UMP9. UMP stands for Universal Machine Pistol. It supports both 9mm, 45, and 40 S&W. I don’t see why they’d make a UMP9.
