hearing the play call and reading the defense simultaneously is some crazy stuff that I would find very difficult. Being comfortable in an offensive scheme is awesome!!!
I believe that the part of reading the defense while receiving the play is more so the “easy” part of that process. Kinda just checking base formation/personell/and man vs zone. It’s once the motion and fake counts start that an elite QB like Carson really gets to work.
