    Greetings. Love the BT300 glasses EXCEPT for the fact that the track pad gets too hot to handle. The only app I have on the track pad is DJIGo4. And it seems that when I connect everything the drone runs really noisy. Any suggestions?

    I thot I had an issue, but the reality was that I was waiting for written instructions, when all it does is change the position of the image and you have to pay attention to that. Then it worked!

    Hi when i got my mavic air first time.. i didnt caliberate imu.. neither vision calibaration.. is it necesarry to do out of box ??
    I m taking this on my holiday tour.. should i caliberate imu there at my holiday place?

      There is no need to calibrate if everything works well. If anything goes wrong, there will be warning in DJI GO 4 and guide you the further steps. No worries.

    I recieve the follow error in my Mavic Air: gimbal cannot receive main controller data. No crash happend. Just one day worked fine. other day that error. Drone is 1,5 years old. DJI says no more guarantee .In my country guarantee is always 2 years . drone has a total of 7 hour flight time. It's a shame I have to pay for an error that is obviously a weakness of the drone... Let alone my disappointment on my Holiday that I couldn't take aerial pictures.. :(

    HI! I buy a brand new DJI Mavic Air, should i need to calibrate IMU and Compass before playing?

      Hello Yam, thank you for your support of our product. You don't have to calibrate the IMU before the flying, but if the app prompts you to calibrate it, please do it accordingly. For the compass, we suggest that you calibrate it before the first flight. Hope you enjoy your flight, flying with caution as well.

    I only could fly it once since i bought the mavic air. Latest firmware, calibrated imu, and opti system. But no matter where i try to calibrate compass i get magnetic interference error.

      @@cricketowo Sorry to learn about having issues. Could you please confirm if you're running the latest DJI GO 4 app? In order to ensure that the app can be used normally, we have opened a download channel on DJI’s official website. You can visit our website at www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp to download and install the latest APK file to update the app. Hope this helps.

      Hi Kaio Lima, sorry for the issue. Please try to restart the drone, and check if there is a need to update the firmware. Besides, if you had plugged an SD card on the drone, please try to remove the SD card and restart the drone. If the error persists, you may need to send it in.     Buenas tardes.Buen video.
    Tengo un problema con -mi Dron Mavic Air y quiero hacerles una consulta.
    El mismo tiene 3 meses de uso. Cuando comienzo el vuelo lo dejo unos segundos a 1, 2 mts de altura, luego lo hago avanzar unos 70/90 mts y regreso, sin subir ni bajar, pero cuando llega al punto de donde salio , esta a 40 cm de altura.
    La estabilidad es buena , pero varia la altura y en la pantalla ,por ejemplo despues de subirlo a 8 mts y volver al 1 mt , dice 2, 3mtspor ej.
    Le he calibrado la Brujula , cuando me lo ha pedido.
    Lo ultimo que hice es calibrarle el IMU.
    --otro comentario , en vuelo la temperatura de la bateria esta entre 50/55 grados, cosa que no se si es normal.
    Me pueden orientar, para saber cual puede ser el Inconveniente.

      Hi Luis, just to verify, you have questions about the RTH, the stability of the drone and the battery temperature during flight, right?
      For the RTH, could you please tell us the concern that you have? At the same time, you can also check the RTH procedure on page 13-15 in the manual at dl.djicdn.com/downloads/Mavic%20Air/20180525/Mavic%20Air%20User%20Manual%20v1.2.pdf.
      For the stable issue, please check if the propellers are damaged, change them when necessary; please fly in P mode with good GPS environment, avoid flying when there is a strong wind and much interference around, if the issue persists, as you had tried calibrating the IMU and compass, it would be great if you can provide us with a video of this case for further confirmation.
      Regarding the battery temperature, it is normal it becomes high during flight, but if there is an error message on the app that tells you the battery temperature is too high, please land it asap.

    When balancing nose down, does it not rest on the gimble/camera? Seems dodgy as the thing is on and gimble trying to move...

    Yesterday my controller refused to link with the drone no matter how many times I tried. Today, it connects but calibration is taking me hours. Batteries drain and I recharge and keep trying. What should I do if it refuses to calibrate, please?

      Did you ever figure out why it wouldn’t calibrate? Mine won’t get past the first phase of calibration. Won’t even start loading

      Hi Leo, please check if the firmware has been updated to v01.00.0620 successfully, and try to refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2. Besides, please try to calibrate the IMU and check again.       Hi there, please try to refresh the firmware for the drone and restart the drone. If the issue persists, you may need to send in the drone for diagnosis.

      Hi Oscar, just to verify, has the drone been involved in the crash or hard landing before? If not, you may calribate the remote controller and test in the open field with good GPS signal to check.

    hi DJI Support...Please how can i solve this issue..? (No Image Transmission) i normally experience this when ever i fly more than 200meters... i nearly end up crushing my drone.its kind of frustrating when it comes .(Mavic Air)

      Jetlee Tsutsu Lawrence, sorry for your troubles. Just to verify, the image transmission issue happened when it flew over 200 meters, right? Flight distance sometimes relates to the flight environment, please try to fly in another open wide area, make sure that the antennas are unfolded on the drone, and the RC antennas are pointed correctly to the drone.
      Besides, please check and select a channel with good quality, you can change the channel on the WiFi settings.
      And please make sure the firmware is updated.
      If the issue persists, you can try to export the data from the drone via the DJI Assistant 2, upload to Dropbox and provide us with the link, we'd like to forward to the engineers to double check.

      Hi there, with this error code, please try to start up the drone, wait for the drone to warm up itself, and then calibrate the IMU. See if this helps.

    My mavic air says I need to calibrate it but when I press "start" nothing happens, I've restarted my phone twice and restarted the drone and done all the needed updates, but still won't work, pls help.

      yes i have tried that, the support is useless as of now because it is the weekend and u guys aren't open, very upset about this and i have seen that many other people are complaining about the same issue, most believe it is the cause of one of the recent firmware updates, but many people are complaining about the same issue

    здравствуйте, не подскажете вы мне, где скачать приложение go 4 mavic air на планшет Теслат С 12 Виндой.... посмотрел на форуме ,Говорят DGI GO-4 на Мавик аир, уже нет приложения. может подскажете или ссылку скинете на приложение. на телефоне у меня было это приложение, ну мне надо на планшет. закачать заново это приложение не получается оно не работает на планшете.       Hi there, was the drone and RC connected successful? Please make sure the APP and the firmware are the latest version, it would be better to calibrate outside with the strong GPS signal. If the issue persists, may we verify if the drone was crashed?

    I need help. My Mavic air show a IMU error but I can't calibrate. The buttom start just not work! And another error is showed: gimbal cannot receive main controller data.

      Hi Kaio Lima, just to verify, you tapped "Start" but the IMU calibration won't start, right? Could you please try to restart the app and check if there is a need to update the firmware first? Please also try to reinstall the DJI GO 4 app, if there is anything on the app needed to back up, please don't forget it. As for the gimbal error, we had replied to your another comment, please check and keep us updated. Thank you.

When I enter the app it say me to unplug the 8pin cable of the gimball , to calibrate the imu and restart the drone, now I'll try another time and if it doesn't work ill send the screenshot of what I see, cause it simply don't let me calibrate the drone if I play start, thx for the help

    What is IMU??? And what's the calibration for???

      IMU is the inertial measurement unit. You will need to calibrate it when the app tells you, the drone is not flying stable or the parameters on the app are not accurate and so on.

      @@DJISupportGlobal let me be more specific when I try to calibrate my IMU I get an error message 50 and does not calibrate I am able to calibrate everything else.
      And the remote says update app I have reinstalled the app.

      Hi Marius, it is suggested connecting the drone with a mobile device. Because when you connect to the mobile device, you can first activate the drone, then check the aircraft status and have the transmission image on your mobile device. At the same time, if the drone is not connected to the mobile device, the flight distance and altitude will be limited to 50 meters and 30 meters. Thus it is suggested flying with DJI GO 4 on a mobile device, thank you.

    The IMU will not Calibrate. The app will not go past the start calibration screen. Therefore my 800$ drone is useless and will not fly. SMH ! Did I just waist my money this quickly?!?!?!?!?

    Not happy at all with the drone, i got it 2 months ago and still cant get it to fly because of the IMU thing..
    I found this promble all over the internet with everyone and dji didnt care to explain how to fix it, after-sales support is also not available at dji website!!
    The problem is simply when you go to advanced settings to calibrate IMU the start button simply will do nothing at all!! U just keep pushing it and nothing is happening.

      Hi, please shut down the drone and cool it down, then reconnect the DJI GO 4 app and the drone to calibrate again. Please tell us the details if IMU still won't start calibrating.
