I finally got mine flying today after like 3 hours or so. Thanks to all the free tutorials given by honest and good people all around the world and the brilliant RUclips. It's just that for newbies out there. Don't just go to the store and buy it. You must learn how to install your smartphone to the controller, charge them batteries etc.. from RUclips Mavic Air is fun when you know what you're doing.
THANK YOU!! THE most thorough step-by-step introduction I've seen. Can't tell you the number of days I searched and tried to figure out how to charge the controller....only to learn from you that there was an adaptor. My adaptor had slid out of sight in the box and I about went nuts trying to figure it out. I appreciate your noting this was a video for BEGINNER level and I appreciate your going over EVERY single item on every device AND the DJI App. My day just got better!! ~Souette in Tennessee

I've never done this before so I'm sure I'll be watching this video several more times until I get comfortable. That's a lot of money to screw up by not knowing what you're doing. Good presentation.
Great video, no nonsense, no watching a 20 minute vlog to get to the content with over exaggerated reactions. Helps a lot, got my Mavic Air Flymore combo for 500 CAD used today. Has never been crashed, only 50 minutes of flight time, original stickers and plastic are still on some of the parts and batteries are all working. So stoaked, was going to buy a Mavic Mini but having the extra weight because where I am wind is a big issue and having all features of the air I couldn't be happier for the price, it's almost brand new.

Technology is changing so fast the new MAVIC mini and MAVIC 3 series has so many new features why hang-on to an old Mavic Air? Well, Why not? It's easy to use and records in 4K. I have a second hand Mavic Air. This is massively useful. I'm intrigued what newer drones have that this doesn't. I'm not Ron Howard I film for content and this does everything I need. Would love more experienced droners to tell me what newer gen drones offer over this...
Great tutorial on first setup. Thanks. Especially good for people like me who can't stand loads of waffle. Its actually a bit too quick in places, but it's easier to replay a few secs than to keep skipping fwd through repetition or constant digressions. I'm ready now for my new Mavic Air arriving tomorrow!

One thing I would’ve liked you to go through is the calibration process in depth because it is a part of using the drone for the first time before flying it
Love your instructional clips, but like with the controller and camera settings you're going so fast I can hardly comprehend what I'm looking at. One thing I would’ve liked you to go through is the calibration process in depth because it is a part of using the drone for the first time before flying it

Love your instructional clips, but like with the controller and camera settings you're going so fast I can hardly comprehend what I'm looking at. Thanks a ton for this guide! Even though I have read the manual a couple of times i was still left wondering where to start. This guide nade it much easier and clearer. Even though i have flown other smaller drones, this is not the same and requieres much more knowledge. Once again thanks!
