Chapter 24: Battle Reunion
The Crimean army defeats General Petrine, one of King Ashnard's feared Four Riders, and finally arrives home. The princess's return is met with the jubilation and tears of the retainers who have managed to survive all this time. After multiple victories the Crimean army has achieved under the leadership of General Ike. Hope returns to the people of Crimea when Begnion as well as Gallia promise to aid in its liberation!

Strategy: Pretty simple map, just keep squishy/flying units out of Ballista range, and do a standard advance toward the enemy with your high DEF units up front. Also the Black Knight will appear at the end of turn 5 on the bottom right of the map, so make sure you don't leave anybody behind!
Comment: I suggest you get to the Boss and his cavalry before they engage Geoffrey's group otherwise they will steal alot of EXP and possibly get in the way.

Lol, I like how on turn 4 two Wyvern Riders just got vantage crit by Mia. It made it look like they tried to surprise attack her and failed spectacularly xD
Wow, I was kinda expecting the Princess to be kidnapped, since her retainers left her side, to fight the battle with Ike.

On maniac mode the Black Knight moves, so you got to finish the chapter fast, unless you have someone actually strong enough to hold him off while you do.
This only happens in the Japanese version. But that’s good to know

Perhaps Fire Emblem is a parallel universe to ours with a society far more advanced that by knowing the truth of the astronomical legends, they are able to delve into the impossible studies of casting magic, dragon/wyvern taming, and being able to calculate battle-odds before they begin.
@@PokeShadow77 Actually, heliocentrism dates back as far as 270 BC.
Two details I like. I like how Ike is scripted to always do a critical hit and how that critical hit looks very similar to the first hit of Aether.
If memory serves, that crit animation is when Ike couldn't finish an enemy off, same with the last blow in Radiant Dawn
I won the black knight again ezzzz I think the cutscenes after didn't plah out though
