I was in a Nightwish show in Milan, Italy and I confirm you all the nightwish live performances are just amazing, you can check out also live at wembley 2015 or Live at Tampere in Finland. Let me tell you something, Nightwish is not just something to listen, It is something to discover ! so actually it is so good that you are going slowly through all of this because you have no idea what will happen when you listen to THE POET AND THE PENDULUM or THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH, they are absolutely epic !!! and Floor Jansen is an absolut metal goddess you feel in the middle of this song the Floorgasm effect when she hit that high note !!! Wacken concert is one of the best concerts there is, every song is epic. I watched it 4 times in a row when I saw it the first time, and I watch it every now and then. But also The Poet And The Pendulum and Th Greatest Show On Earth are Nightwish absolutely every gans top songs. So, yes...go for it.

You gotta listen to that song a few times to get an overview of everything that's going on in it. One of their most original pieces I think... Awesome reaction mate. You should get into some oldschool Nightwish as well. Phantom of the Opera(end of an era live), Dead to the World, Devil and the deep dark Ocean, Pharaoh sails to Orion. All of those are epic in their own way. You should also check out Sabaton - Ghost Division, Uprising, Art of war at woodstock 2012 and Night Witches official video. They're a swedish power metal band whose ongoing theme is centered around the various wars, battles and noted heroes of that time. They're super high energy and a bunch of fun to watch, they command the crowd like no other. You should do the full concert :D

Agree! Nightwish is a band which you just sit, relax and enjoy the ride. Honestly, in my opinion, the Wacken Open Air is the best Nightwish concert. I like the full playlist and how it's sequenced.
Oh yes, I would be hard pressed to think of a better live concert to react to. Nightwish have to be one of the best live acts I have ever seen. Have seen them over 20 times in the past 19 years and Wacken 2013 is by far my favorite show I have been to. So definite yes to reacting to the whole concert.

My recommendation is to watch the whole concert in one go, edit it into separate videos and then upload it over time. That way you are able to gain as much views as you can and even do additional comment videos if you need to. It's a win-win situation, for you and for us, the viewers.
I'll totally add in a vote for doing the entire 2013 concert! There are a few songs I used to not know until people I watch did a reaction and each song is incredible; the entire concert is phenomenal.

It would be a good choice to do a concert reaction to. One thing, you commented on Floor's voice and said "I heard a couple growls.." I beg to differ, if you want to hear Floor growl, try Yours is an Empty Hope. There are a couple good versions out there, Wembley 2016 or the Nightwish Cruise.
I would absolutely watch a reaction to the entire concert, but have you considered doing each song one by one as you watch the concert and post them individually? You'd get more views that way if it matters to you at all. Either way, I'll watch them all if it's NW. All in one go, or individually makes no difference to me. Check also the whole concerts in 2015 Tampere, 2005 Helsinki (End of an Era) and 2000 Tampere (From Wishes to Eternity) again....you see different eras of the band and development. I think they did DVD recording also from those year 2000 and 2005 concerts. They were awesome already back then.

Two numbers that really showcase Marco and Floor's voices are from the live versions at Tampere: "The Islander' and "Sleeping Sun'. Not hard driving numbers like most Nightwish selections, a bit more ballad/folk numbers, but good chance to see how really versatile these unmatched performers really are. And of course from Tampere as well: The superb version of "The Greatest Show On Earth", which is about the formation of the solar system and creation of earth itself, with overlaid narration from Richard Dawkins.

Absolutely impeccable and precise all the time.
One of the things that I don't see discussed a lot is Nightwish's backing tracks. Tuomas(keyboards) not only writes most of these wonderful songs, he also writes(charts) the backing tracks. This separates Nightwish from the rest of the pack as practically everyone else has the songs scored by someone else, Dimmu Borgir is a good example of that. Most of Nightwish's backing tracks are recorded at Angel Studios(The most recent tour was done somewhere else), and the engineer there describes Tuomas as a genius("light yeras ahead of Wakeman and that crew"), and says his charts are always perfect. Tuomas really is some modern day Beethoven, not just a writer, a composer. One more reason why Nightwish is the best at what they do.

Let me put it this way mate. As a TRU NIGHTWISH FAN I do want to react to the whole concert as once because that concert is just f***ing unbelievable. However, I have become a fan of you too because I like the way you react, and if you do the whole concert at once you will lose lots of views and likes. So is hard for me to give you a suggestion 😕

It's not a Nightwish concert from 2013 but from End of an Era back when they had Tarja with them. It's worth it REALLY! Btw it's the greatest Nightwish show!!
