this Lego build fixes the problems with both Lego and hasbro figures/mechs he made it so there is no like backpack parts or little pieces hanging off to ruin the immersion and he made it so it wasn't that clunky or bulky like Lego tries to make their mechs and robot builds good on you dude

That a person is able to make a tranformer out of lego without taking it apart and rebuilding it that has no backpack or weird looking body sections is just amazing and a clear sign that probably most toy designers could do better ( i know its for kids and has to be simple ) and create way better toys than the junk that is on the market currently

It's clearly visible that the construct is fragile here and there, but that's by no means criticism towards the model design, because normally LEGO was not meant to be used in such small scale modelling and flexibility. You've went above and beyond what I thought LEGO pieces could achieve, so you Sir are a true hero in my eyes, congratulations on this glorious effort. You can be rightfully proud of your creation and skills!
Yeah holy shit. Not even the studio series can manage to accurately portray this version of megatron's transformation. This is like mpm level of engineering. Give yourself a pat on the back for this. I never seen a dotm megs that godly in both scale, highly accurate modes, and high level transformation
The studio series has some really nice things going on, but imo an accurate transformation makes for a much more satisfying figure; although I do see why the studio series figure transformed the way it did lol. Also, thank you!
For people who keep asking for instructions Here's a tip: Try copying the build while he transforms it thats how i made mine and made with darker parts
some day, we'll get the balance between the mindbender style transformer where you can fit a minifig inside the vehicle mode, and the mega complicated transformations of clickbricks and aranobilis
This makes me think back to that one scene from the movie that I find badass: Megatron surprising Sentinel Prime by shooting him in the back, ripping him apart and yelling: THIS IS MY PLANET!

The only thing that is better with the official one is the fact that the front splits into the legs and I only like that because of how cool it can look in stop motion imagine a autobot with a sword holding it trying to cut Megatron in his truck mode in half but right before Megatron reaches the sword he starts transforming the legs split he flips forward and the rest of the body transforms
Wow, this is just an amazing build of my favorite Lego iteration of live action movie Megatron (always loved his beaten-down-but-not-out hobo with a shotgun robot mode combined with his Mad Max tanker truck Earth alt mode). The fact this can transform between both modes without partsforming and still look accurate, is just impressive! You've got yourself a sub, sir.
