makes me so angry if i ever saw anyone doing that i would end up fucking them up
the alternative is to open the cage and let it free into the wild, where it'll be eaten by a raven. Not everyone knows how to get it new owners. If it was as easy as bringing it to the pet store things would be better though.
@@genericscout5408 Imagine bringing a living creature back to the pet store because you are tired of it. That option sickens me. It saddens me that people would bring their pet to the shelter, if they are tired of it. But I rather have that , then people throw it away like it is thrash. If people thought about their lives if a pet is a good idea from them, now and in the future. Including making a list of bills , life span etc. That would be the only good option. Many people ( not all of them ) who are working at pet stores don't tell good information anyway.

I found my first Budgie in the trash too, early last year. My neighbor actually spotted him and by chance we captured him and stored him in the bathroom in a vacant apt next door. I had posted online if he belonged to anyone in the neighborhood and no one claimed him. My neighbor bought him a cage and the next day he was mine. It’s been a learning experience ever since. ❤️
what people do to budgies if i saw someone do it to a budgie i kill him

This isn’t a budgie it’s an Indian ringneck parakeet
I know, I'm just talking generally. They often do these to budgies rather than parrots. You could take a look, most of Salvador Budgie's uploads are about budgies/parakeets being thrown in the trash, rather than parrots being thrown in the trash.

What a surprise! I found a baby crow today. I found him near my allotment. he must have fallen out of his nest because he has a broken wing and potentialy a broken leg. The parents were still around trying to help the baby and they were giving food. No matter what they did though we knew the baby would not survive. We called a local vet to see if they could help but not much happened then we called a bird rescue and they gave us lots of ideas. The crow is now in a cage and just settling in and getting used to it all. The problem is, I cannot keep the crow in my bird room because of 'Bird Flu' is going around and my budgies could catch it from the crow since the crow is an outdoor bird. I will find out a way though. Fingers crossed.

During the time of making this video we found three injured baby crows who probably fell off their nests, it happens a lot this time of year.
We have around 5 on average each year, we let them stay, feed and address their wounds while they recover...and once they're ready to leave and live their lives, we let them go.
Most come and visit every now and then, but one stayed and never left..I actually made a video about him a couple of years ago.
@@Bird-Nuggets That's so many. Must be hard mentally and physically for the crows. Especially since they are very social. It's nice to see they recover nicely and even visit you when you've realest them. Turns out, I do not have the time to look after any more birds currently so I gave away the crow to a really nice bird rescue company and they picked him up and took him to get him checked up. He will recover there and they said they will release him with a bunch of other crows around the same age. The crow is in safe hands. Thank you and I will check out the video you have mentioned.

My husband found an African Grey 3 weeks ago. No one has tried to claim it so far. The vet checked her out a few days ago, and gave her a clean bill of health. This bird is the sweetest creature I have ever met. I haven't had a bird in nearly 40 years and prior to 3 weeks ago, I didn't want another but no one is going to harm this bird on my watch so we are her family now. Aside from multiple crash courses in bird care we are next planning for her...after we are no longer walking the planet.
