I've lost 80 pounds in 8 months now. Both definitely go hand-in-hand. Trying to be healthier has done wonders for me mentally, it changes so much of how you look at this, in a more positive note. You just change as a person.

It wasn't about being surprised that he could lose weight, it's about not realizing how much he had in the first place, and he took ownership of it. That's why he deserves respect, because he recognized his goals and took responsibility for meeting them.

I was unsure about the Hot Ones Zoom style but this one really cemented the strength of the format. Great interviews even when it’s not plate to plate.
