Hi, is there a way to find out the exact weight of the chair? Im trying to get a Harmar AL500 lift and want to make sure it will work for this specific chair.
At the 12:40 mark of the video, Marc shows this chair seat in the lifted position while driving it around so it would lift and be able to give you an option to raise up to reach things higher

Theres a good chance it is the batteries. If the chair sat for a while without being used, or if batteries haven't been changed for about 2-3 years, they can go bad.

A lot of people who are looking at chairs to purchase need to know what functions the seat has and this is the reason Marc is speaking about all of the functions of this unit. As far as making the chair drive, you would put it into indoor or outdoor mode and push the joystick forward or backwards depending on which direction you want to go. Hope this helps!

Can you lower the height of the chair like you can without the lift?
There are adjustments for that to rise or lower the seat. You should be able to see the different adjustment holes on the seat posts. Hope this helps!
