You would need to take it to a local mobility store and have them hook up a programmer to the unit and change the speed its maxed out at. Hope this answers your question.
Maybe ...Check the yellow levers each side of the chair on the meter. Yellow levers Pushed up then chair is in neutral. Pushed down then motor is in.gear. Turn it on.... hope it will work. 😊

What does ilevel mean?
The chair will rise to another persons eye level is my understanding.
Seat raises up 12” for a closer, eye to eye experience.
