I noticed a lot of the places use a unique long, thin knife when cutting. Does anyone know what that type of knife is called? Also, I noticed Indian veg cuisine tends to use a lot of onion, capsicum, potato, cheese, and mayonnaise. I think I would probably enjoy Indian veg cuisine quite a bit.

Mayo is not so thin in viscosity that it can be squirted like that. Even that Peri Peri seasoning looks like Degi Mirch. Bechaare sandwich bread ke slice ko chhodo. Usko bolo itna sab kuch daalna hai to koi burger, baguette use kare. Nahi to iss sandwich ko presser mein grill kare. Aur thoda kuch dukaan mein bachaa ho to wo bhi daal ke Rs.200 touch kar le.

it's Not real cheese.. its paneer ground up with ghee and then frozen.. melts like cheese.. but it won't stretch
