    I was looking for ASMR art to have a relaxing and perhaps stimulating background noise while I pursue my own art. Then I came across your videos, as is the case when you click from one video to another. It's not what I was looking for, but your videos still somehow magically fulfill the purpose I was looking for. I have never heard a man speak so passionately but also so calmly about the process of creating his art. It is truly meditative. So I left a subscription there :)
    Greetings from cold Germany

    mud/ been there and done that. everyone has. learning process. yep....... if i have mud, you know what i do? I KEEP IT! put it in a pour bottle. and I use it on the edges instead of my good paint cause it will go off the painting anyway. generally works great to help eliminate waste.

    Now, after doing almost all the techniques out there I have noticed that there are certain techniques where the paints doing mix together as much as others, so you can use colors that usually cause mud. I can't remember them off the top of my head haha. I'd have to look back at my paintings and videos. I just know that there are certain techniques where the paint doesn't mix together as much as others. Great job coming up with this video!! It's a great one to show people.

    Using thicker paints and certain techniques is another thing that's helped for me! Like a thick paint ring pour with attention to how the colors are layered. Thanks for the video

    I think the darker green one with no barriers is much more beautiful cause I like deeper darker colors probably

    Johnny, thank you for sharing this! You are right they are both beautiful, but the white and black barriers definitely got rid of most of the mud! This was a hard lesson to learn!

    Had a lady ask for black and maroon, she doesn't like "bright colors" added silver between each, went with the wandering pour and thank goodness she loved it. Could actually see the maroon and black.

    on the mud one, why are some cells centers all the way down to the canvas. is that ok? also do you know what that symbol means on your geode behind you that's red on the wall? in the stencil. It looks oriental. I have one like that and was wondering.?.

    Do you have any advice on how to do a pour in the colors of the rainbow? I've been trying to do one for my aunt for months, and all my attempts end up super muddy. Since it's meant to be rainbow, using black and white in between layers doesn't look right either, so I'm really at a loss, any advice would be appreciated!
    And as always, thanks for another great video :)

    • @JMoPainting
      @JMoPainting  11 месяцев назад +2

      If it’s a swipe you could swipe your swipe color with the lines of color instead of against them to help prevent mixing of the colors. If it’s a flip or a open cup the nature of those pours will cause those colors to interact more and create mud
