Be careful not to run out of fp, cuz if you try to cast without enough fp, the action where you shake the seal and scratch your head will trigger him

Boyle is next to impossible on controller because you need to be good at claw method in order to use camera without locking on. It’s to difficult locking on because you can’t get behind him and hit since you lock onto his face and that shits to hard when you’re tryna time everything right

I did exactly the same. "Nah, I don't want to win like that" - but then I got absolutely sick of the total bullshit that is this boss.
I defeated him earlier today with the mimic, but it was a painful fight for sure.
Only wish I had this cheese earlier.

What’s crazy is, after I defeated him and the rest of dragons before him, I then found the dragon communion alter with the weapon and stuff. Now I wish to go back and try him with those. 🤷🏻

It's important to note that the Poison Mist ash of war ALWAYS aggroes Bayle, no matter what. It must be the Poison Mist incantation.
Folks this still works even after the patch! Just be sure to activate the ash of war BEFORE the unseen form spell each time! It took me 3-4 cycles of this to finally get behind the guy

I casted the ash of war after and it still worked, question, would this word if you use crepus's vial instead of the ash of war ?

Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong, cuz I have Assassins Gambit, Poison mist and Unseen Form and I barely get him to 90% Health before he notices me. I don't stand up. I don't move. I did everything done here. I don't get what I'm doing wrong
@@mrlionsfan1135 i don't know why did he notice you? I killed in my second attempt. In the first attempt, I got exposed because I got late in reapplying both.. In second attempt, I got near him. I sat exactly where guru sat. I was just behind his take. I was not touching him completely. I killed him while sitting. Try this. Don't stand up. And don't apply mist again and again. Poison starts working in second try. Then leave him. My fp level was 99. It took me three flasks and 30 minutes. This time, look closely at video where guru sits behind him. Don't stand up. And I also equipped the talisman that increases the attack of incantations. I equipped two. That helped a lot in killing him quickly.. With the use of two mists, bayle lost more than 3200 hp. It was a very long. I just stopped touching my mouse and clicked only for incantation. I hope that it helps you.

Works.
Talismans: Primal glintstone blade, Old Lord's talisman, Blessed blue dew talisman. Be as light as possible so that you can move quickly.
Outside the arena, use unseen form then assassin's gambit in that order. Keep only a staff for unseen form and a sword or something for assassin's gambit ash of war. You are not going to fight so no need to keep anything else.
As soon as you enter the arena, lock-on to Bayle then start moving towards right hugging the wall as much as possible.
Every 15, 20 seconds use unseen form and assassin's gambit, in that order, and move directly behind Bayle. Once there, cast the spell and ash of war one more time, crouch and start moving towards Bayle.
Stay crouched all the time and don't move a muscle. Start casting poison mist for the next half an hour.
It is very difficult to summon Igon because Bayle is most likely to one-shot you. But if you can manage it run towards the summon when the Bayle's health is critical.
Confirmed this still works on the latest 1.13 patch. 2nd playthough melee character was having trouble with this boss, so I decided to try this cheese. Took a couple tries to get it right. You have to be completely still (no walking at all) when recasting Unseen Form and Assassin's Gambit or he will aggro.
On ng+7 , that dragon hits like a truck, this cheese was so needed

I just did this, it still works, you have to use BOTH the spells and MUST crouch walk behind him. Even with black knifes armor
what did you do when he went into the second phase and did his AOE attack, he hit me with those lava spots and realized I was behind him, how to avoid it?
@@lasiorunofficialprofile2789 I noticed if you dont stay crouched it triggers his second phase but if you stay crouched and dont move at all (outside of using flask) once you start poison he shouldnt trigger any movement at all.
Doing this right now, im bout done doing git good fighting him head on😂 dead for the 100th time

Whats with these all these DLC bosses divebombing you as soon as you get in, its a nightmare...
Couldn't get the summoned npc to stay alive, so used this strategy but backed off at about an inch of hp left and went for the summon sign.
Worked like a charm 👌
@@JackVogel2024 I did the same. I wish I’d given the dragon priestess thollier’s concoction though. She gave infinite refills on a OP Buff

@@HungLikeSalem it's too soon to know exactly what triggers what in the dlc, but perhaps a revisit to the communion place and the priestess would have an effect.
It can be hard to spot the summon sign as well.
And, there are bugs present unfortunately.
I missed out on a boss soul when duplicating it at one of the altars, so any mishap is possible.

Still work for me. Literally tried this yesterday. I fuked up the first time and I believe is that I swing my weapon when I ran out of mana to cast poison mist which trigger alert on bayle. So 2nd time I carefully drink mana pot way before I ran out. I also never stay too close to its tale, probably one human away. Use unseen form (incantation spell) l + any dagger/thrust sword/twin blade with assassin's gambit ash of war. Cast both before I enter the room, sprint and hugh right until bayle made U-turn and I recast both spell again. I have left hand with sigil, spell unseen form, right hand with twinblade + ash of war assassin gambit, so I just tab L1 then L2 to recast, by the time I was walking towards back of bayle, I never recast anymore and start casting mist. You may want to equip accessories that reduce fp cost + fp regen for QoL. Just make sure you don't cast poison mist when run out of mana which will trigger aggro.
Doesn't work for me. As soon as i walk in the room he is on top of as if i had nothing on. I tried it several times , its so frustrating. He is on top of me no matter what i do

Works very well. Thank you! Just remember to keep recasting spell then ashe as you sprint around and then when your behind, stay crouched, don't recast.

Tips on my run:
It's gotta be a 2nd fight, can't be first fight because of the intro, so get rid of your runes before doing this.
Only worry about blue flasks cuz otherwise you're gonna die anyway so no need to heal. For talismans the new blessed blue dew jawn, old lord's, primal glint stone, and flocks canvas should all help w/ damage and MP cost saving.
Lastly, Bayley only moves in the opening frames like shown, so don't slow down, keep moving so you get out his vision to where he stops so you can close the distance from right behind like the video shows. Or, he will eat you. 😂
I've tried this like 15 times now and every time about a quarter the way around he turns right to me before my spells even break??

This was the only way I could beat that dragon in DS3 that would melt your weapons.
Just did it by using Unseen Form + Assassin's Gambit + Black Knife Set + Crepus's Vial Talisman - works like a charm :)
This is the best and most intelligent way to kill every boss.
Ah man I killed him the regular way using the blasphemous blade and my mimic. I would have loved to cheese this "total fair fight"

Use the old lords talisman as well so the effect lasts longer
It works don"t spam the mist poison do it once and let it disappear and then do it again the damage will go till 4400 and then stop repeat the process W video do it near the right side leg.

I did this. It takes like 45 minutes but, this 100% absolutely works. My only missing HP was from Assassin Gambit activation. Thank you very much for this intel.

Ps5 user here, the cheese still works today as 5/27/24! Many people says it doesn’t work but it does. You just have to be very careful and keep making sure you’re using your unseen form and assassins gambit. And once near bayle, make sure to approach him while crouching!

Ok I can confirm it still works on 2nd August 2024 . PS5 version. Thing is don’t ever do anything that requires you to stand up during the whole process . And he will NOT change into second phase !😊😊

One way to beat him fairly easy without cheese is use the spell fleeting Microcosm! Just keep spamming it and he will build stagger fast! This will also allow you to complete the side quest for the dragon hunter npc, just summon him as soon as battle start and spam the spell!
U can do this with the mind bar lvl 10 btw all u need is the spells and incarnations jus allocate all of ur blue flasks
Haha you've done it again I was making my way up jagged peak after beating the jagged drake and watching the duo fight each other then took out the winner and got tired of fighting dragons and was like I wonder if there's a way to skip bayle and look up trusted elden guru and seen there really was an easy way 😂

Cast both before entering. Then cast again as you circle him. Once behind him fully, crotch down and run up to him.

You’re not doing the correct set up, I just did it and it worked.
You need Assassins GAMBIT ash of war and hidden form sorcery, both together work.
A proper cheese should takes years to finish but zero effort, we’ll done!

I found something by accident today to help people. The strategy still works, but DO NOT EVER try to cast poison mist while you are out of FP. For some reason, if you do, the boss hears it and turn around to kill you lol.
