I use Arpenaz NH 100 and Florclaz travel backpack 40. Both came with 10 years warranty which speaks for the build quality.

Thanks for the comment! Yes, they make some solid quality items for sure, haven't had a real issue with any of their products for many years.

We use these for day hikes and as carry on luggage.
For trekking (in hostels) ii use the latest version of the mh500 30l pack. It carries well but is much heavier.

Yes, we´ve been looking into the MH500 Pack also, but we liked it better in the older version with the rigid structure of a spine that and we did a review on it before also. As of now we are in the search for the alternative backpack that would be similar.

thanks for the great video! do you think it’s good for laptop and notebooks? i want something with good back support

Thank you! The back does have some frame to it but can't say it is too rigid. Also the frame is curved to the back so if you have a 15" notebook it may not fit well, for more compact device it can be fine. But if you have a possibility to visit a Decathlon store you can try it out yourself with a laptop it would be the best test.

I want something like this but max 45cm tall for personal item. 56 is just too much :(

You can browse through other decathlon packs they have, they always state the technical specs like sizes below any product. But we had no problem travelling on a plane with this type of backpack.
