    Strange combination of automation and manual work

    • @tomasdvorak7307
      @tomasdvorak7307 Год назад

      Yes. Actually I'd really expect way more automation with such a (relatively simple) product. Like the manual insertion of brushes into tiny plastic bags... gosh, what a dull job!

    looks very slow and time consuming process for something that only costs like 2$ in the store - I wonder what their profit margin is 😅. anyway I really admire how carefully they produce them

    At 5:00 the bristles are placed consecutively for the first two rows, and then alternate for the third row. Why on earth?

    • @tomasdvorak7307
      @tomasdvorak7307 Год назад +2

      You have good observation skills - I didn't notice this. Well, I think they want to return the working head to the original position, hence the alternate third pass. Saves a few ms when compared to idle return.

    A mix of automatic and hand manufacturing. Wonder if mine are made that way?

    Who in their right mind puts toothpaste perpedendicular to the bristles on the brush????

    • @Khoruzhin
      @Khoruzhin Год назад +1

      Why not? It's a good way to use the right amount of toothpaste. You only need a pea-size of it to brush your teeth well. Covering all bristles in a high amount of toothpaste doesn't increase the quality of brushing but only increases profit for a manufacturer by selling more toothpaste.

    日本だけなのかな、歯ブラシが多過ぎるww
    ウォンツなんか行くと100種類以上あって同じ歯ブラシでも固さやワイドかどうかとかでも数種類あるし、何でここまであるのかよく分からんぐらいあるww
    今の半分以下にしても全然構わないぐらいあるけど、そんなに儲かるもんかね?w
    ここで愚痴ってもしょうがないけどね
