Perrie the one with the blonde/white hair usually takes the higher harmonies but jade also takes them sometimes and I would also recommend listening to their voices separately to know who’s who and what their voices are really like individually

9:59 they were the first and only group to ever win on the X factor, they participated in 2011 and had firstly auditioned and solos.

Pretty old? 2 of the clips are from xfactor when they were first put together 9 years ago 😄 They were incredible even then and have just grown and grown 😁 They are incredible women, with empowering lyrics and undeniable talent! ❤

Little Mix is one of the best singers/vocalists in the world (they are my favourite singers❤) They have everything : beauty, voice, harmony, personnality and extra skills like playing an instrument/rap/beatbox etc...but still underrated for their talent 🙄 They love and respect eachother !!! You can see the video of the group being formed, they won the UK X Factor about 10 years ago or something. They all auditioned solo and the show put them together. Also they did a video a few days ago singing "touch" from their homes SEPERATELY but the video has them all together and it's ace.
They sang touch acoustic for the one world stay at home thing on the bbc and it’s INCREDIBLE that their harmonies remained tight even while they’re all in a different place. You should definitely check it out

perrie(the blonde girl) usually takes the high harmony, sometimes jade the one with glasses. 8:02 jesy is the one on the higher harmony there, she usually does lower harmony but she has a beautiful falsetto and sometimes sings on a high harmony.

❌In little mix the girls who normally take the higher harmonies are Jade which is the one you said who looks good in glasses and Perrie the one with the blonde hair. Those two normally take the higher head voice falsetto harmonies, but in this specific video Jade was taking almost all higher harmonies if not all of them. This is because Jade and Perrie have a naturally higher voice in singing then Jesy and Leighanne. Hope this helped

if you want to hear the stronger more belt like vocals you would need to watch individual compilations of their performances. they always pull it back as a group when performing unless the song requires it (eg: shout out to my ex). individual vocals is when they stand out, they never compete during choruses

they've been around since 2011 and they work really, really hard on their vocals as you can hear. do more live performances like the end 4 years of little mix, lightning at the O2, boy a capella, or more acoustic performances please
The video has a lot of older stuff, they’re honestly so much better now. they often do random acapellas but obviously it’s the result of hours of practice and just hella chemistry. my girls were born to sing and they were born to sing together 🥺

A little introduction to Little Mix (similar to what the others in the comments gave so I'm sure you already know more about them but I'll do it anyway):
Perrie: The blonde one; she usually takes the higher harmony (often getting through it with her amazing head voice); there are times when Perrie has taken the middle line. These include 2:21-2:28, 2:43, 4:15-4:51, 5:37-5:43, 5:47-6:00 and 6:30-6:35. Perrie has also taken the lower line before but this is very rare. Such instances include 7:57-8:06 and 8:09-8:13
Jade: The one with the wavy brown hair (blue/purple in older clips). She switches the most out of the four girls when it comes to harmonies because she catches them more easily than the others. Instances of Jade taking the middle harmony include 3:08-3:16, 3:20-3:49, 3:52-3:58, 4:15-4:25, 4:52-5:08, 5:09-5:15, 6:05-6:21 and 8:34-8:46. Instances of Jade taking the higher harmony include 2:21-2:28, 2:43, 4:27-4:32, 4:51, 5:18-5:21, 5:23-5:33, 5:47-6:00 and 6:30-6:35. Instances of Jade taking the lower harmony include 7:57-8:05 and 8:09-8:13
Leigh-Anne: The one with the curly hair (red hair in older clips). She almost always takes the middle harmony. The video that you are reacting to does not contain any examples of Leigh attempting a higher harmony but a great example of it is her high harmony in the bridge of Falling. Instances of Leigh taking the lower harmony include 5:09-5:15, 5:23-5:33 and 7:15-7:27.
Jesy: The one with the beautiful curvy body, wavy hair and unique vibrato. She almost always takes the lower harmony. In this video, Jesy only takes the middle harmony from 5:23-5:33 and she takes the higher harmony in 7:57-8:05 and 8:09-8:13.
If I solely based this on the video you reacted to, this would be the order of the number of times the girls have done different vocal lines from what they usually do:
1. Jade (a tie between middle and high)
2. Perrie (high)
3. Leigh-Anne (middle)
4. Jesy (low)
