This was used in the Metroid fangame Metroid Origins and was by far my favorite tune in the game. I'm so glad I managed to find it on RUclips.

I seriously can't stop listening to this. Adding to this his "Hey Cid" remix, Argle is quickly becoming one my favorite remixers.
A beautiful take on an already beautiful song. Chozo Ruins was one of my favorite tracks from Metroid Prime. Id often afk on the gamecube while there to listen to this song while I drew as a child.
Lol, I remembered that I paused it at a moment when the music became more calm, that was a really fitting timing.
The beat is really chill as well.

Ive never played Metroid....but this really resonates with me. Such an amazing track
I strongly recommend Super Metroid and Metroid Prime. The other games in the series range from "good for the time" to "nearly timeless," but those two are the masterpieces.

Kristin is right.
Metroid Prime’s graphics and gameplay hold up even today. It truly is timeless.
This keeps the atmosphere of the original but has an entirely different flavor. Like drinking good whiskey with your college buds reminiscing about the past. Suddenly you're 20 again but the flavor is better.

This is exactly the type of music I'd LOVE to hear on a new epic Metroid...well...I think asking for a new Metroid is delusional enough, at least we can send our hopes to cryosleep while listening to this amazing masterpiece lol

There are not words to describe how good OcRemixes are they are just absolutely masterpieces. Excellent work on this one especially I really enjoyed this a lot.

it barely resembles the track; this is too happy, too jumpy, too poppy
The beauty of remixes (over covers) is that they can explore different motifs with the same base theme. OC Remix works hard to provide a mix of source fidelity vs originality (they wouldn't select something too faithful or too divergent, but this is definitely on the divergent end and exciting to some for that)
