God what would I do without your friendship Lisa!? It’s so good to be starting to feel like Shane again and to be seeing what’s truly important again. I can not continue to be a shell of myself, I can’t. As I just said in my latest video, we are stronger than we think and facing fear and discomfort will make us stronger. I feel even more in tune with myself this time around. God has a plan and has let me see the error of my ways and has helped me remedy those errors at the same time. God IS with me and in me 100%! So thankful to have found Christ and to know him today. He loves me, like a Fathers love, for better or worse and he helps me speak truth not only to and for myself but also to help others. I honestly believe this is what he wants me to do. I was out here to serve, not only serve my country and community but also to serve others in need. I’m truly blessed. I don’t even look at being here today negatively anymore. I understand there is a reason I am here. I know I may save someone’s life through this work. In fact I know people who are clean today because of my original videos and that fills my soul with joy and accomplishment. Love you to my friend!! ❤️❤️❤️
@addictedtopain8647 I am ever grateful; you were my 'go to' with my first timid steps in becoming unshackled from my addiction. I was so desperate back then and unbeknownst to me, God put you there; yours was the first vid I listened to and all the rest were vital in my recovery. Thanks be to God Almighty for you, Shane.💫

Hey Shane. I'm super proud of you, man. Being honest with ourselves about our addictions is hard enough, but being honest with others - especially our closest loved ones, is the hardest. It's also the most important though, because that's where you're going to get the love and support you need in your life right now. And the people that love us the most usually see when we’re struggling and want to help, but it's up to us to allow it, ya know. It's within surrender peace resides. Sending prayers of courage and strength, my friend. And I'm always here if you need me, same as you were right there for me at the start of my journey. 🙏✌️🙏

Nothing is a surprise for me having gone through this not long ago but this time around has been much easier as I remember how great being opiate free was and want it back so bad. It’s kept me focused and just leaning on God man. Putting it all in his hands and there is comfort in that for me. I do not feel alone anymore. I'd actually missed her first phone call, and had to call her back. So I've got her message saved so I can still listen to her voice. We truly lost an angel that day, man. She was a one of a kind, wonderful woman, who loved fiercely. But I know I'm not telling you anything you don't know. I know how close you guys were. She always referred to you as her bestie. The friendship you two shared was so humbling. 🙏💚 I'd be honored to share a few words of rememberance. Talk soon, man.
