Six years sober, missing blackouts and Covid Relapsing

I shot this video yesterday on my sixth sober birthday... As some of you may know I'd struggled a bunch during Covid and so this sober birthday was particularly meaningful. I know I'm not alone in the struggle at the moment - alot of folk are relapsing - it's no joke... So in this mini Rock Bottom Podcast I wanted to share what I'd learnt from coming thru the other side and really just acknowledge 'the journey' - Oh God, I hate myself. Lol...
