Today, training and recovery methods are much more advanced. Unfortunately, you don't always see that in NBA gyms. A lot of players can't do a proper squat. Lebron is a good example of this. Show Lebron's workout video to a powerlifting coach and you'll see his reaction.
What i like about ja is hes not falling for the emperors clothes like some of the other nba stars. He is himself and comfortable, not wearing sus clothes and what not that people tell him to for views.
