Great, and a tough question. Yes there was a time when I was called upon to support a hybrid event, it's sounded simple enough, so being confident in my ability, I decided to go it alone, unforseen technical difficulties cropped up almost immediately, and I struggled to keep the even on track and going, needless to say it was a less than stellar performance, I learned that despite skill, events can easily stretch beyond your control, had I sought assistance from team members, even the unforseen issues could have been handled, and the event would have been a success despite the trouble. Relying on team mates is a strength not a weakness. Hope this helps, good luck!
