Such an interesting vibe to a theme, harkening back to Fu Huas more ancient background while interpreting herrscher of sentience’s more rock/techno/dubstep style beats. Also this fight is to be recognized as one of the best because of how much fun she is to battle.
I like how the herrscher of sentience is motivated by things that are fun to do. It might just be because she's a relatively new consciousness, but i like to think it ties into the fact that most humans go for what they think they should want instead of what they actually want. And so HoS is kind of like a manifestation of that more honest subconscious side of sentience that people try to repress.

"Sinister beyond belief yet somewhat mysterious" Made me think of a zombified, Gore-and-Garuga-fused Wyvern from Monster Hunter. Like, they seem to be nearly complete with fusing, and the hunters' mission is to stop that. Imagine it being some mushroom parasite Elder-type that fused them.
